00:00We have 9 to 10 subjects to study and we even give exams of all of the subjects.
00:06So like how can we wire our brain to remember all the concepts that are taught in the class at
00:12once.
00:13Do you really remember what has happened in your experience this morning itself?
00:19Everything? Every minute? Not every minute.
00:23So your brain has already chosen what to forget.
00:26Something happened at 8.58 am. Do you remember it? No.
00:32But the brain decides what to keep and what to discard.
00:38That will tell you something about memory.
00:40What you pay attention to, what you give importance to will be remembered.
00:47So you don't really have to mug up your textbook.
00:50You have to love and respect it and it will be remembered.
00:53And if you do not love what you are reading, the brain will forget it.
00:59That's how the brain functions.
01:01When you are with your textbooks or when you are in your classroom or when you are listening to your
01:05teachers,
01:05be fully present at least to that stuff which you know to be important.
01:11And if there is something that calls you, really attracts you, allow yourself to love it.
01:17Oh, yeah.
01:23That's all.
