00:00You wouldn't have had Buddhism if you had only the Buddha.
00:03After Buddha, there was a line of great manager scholars.
00:09And that's why you have Buddhism today.
00:12If you ask a true Buddhist, he will say that the Buddha that you know of is only one Buddha.
00:18Shakyamuni Buddha.
00:20Otherwise, there are umpteen Buddhas, just that you don't know of them.
00:24What did those Buddhas not have?
00:28Great managers.
00:30Management is wonderful.
00:31Leadership obviously is wonderful.
00:33But you have to figure out what is the direction your leader is taking you towards.
00:40Just because the car is speeding, does not mean the destination will be nice.
00:47One kind of problem is when you have a bogus leader who does nothing at all.
00:51Then you say, oh, see, he's not bringing about any change.
00:54That's one kind of a problem.
00:55And an equally troublesome thing is when you have a leader that's bringing about just the wrong kind of change.
01:02There's no permit to be a challenge.
01:04Oh yeah.
01:08And that's probably what I did to do.
01:08There's no scope of that.
