00:00So in your journey of 27 years of working in Bollywood, just in Bollywood, or other industries as well,
00:05what has given you the most memorable association for you with any actor or any director?
00:12There are a few.
00:16One I remember so distinctively well, that one I remember really distinctively well,
00:25is Shah Rukh Khan.
00:27Because I'm so fond of him.
00:29Ravan?
00:30Ravan.
00:31Ravan was a big association in Ravan.
00:35Otherwise, also we used to meet for a few things here and there.
00:39In Yashraj, I was doing Dhoom, so I used to see him.
00:45But with Shah Rukh, it was Ravan.
00:49In fact, the coffee that I'm having, that is because of him only.
00:54So my association with him was very, very sweet.
00:58Because he is actually a very, very humble person.
01:04I was a music producer for the background score with Vishal Shekhar.
01:09And we were at Vishal Shekhar's studio.
01:11And I had my own room for producing.
01:15When he used to come every day, he used to come every day, right?
01:18He used to come and sit outside, which is the lounge there.
01:25And he used to have a lot of coffee.
01:28So there was a guy who was obviously his helper, who used to come and set up one coffee machine.
01:33And he used to keep having coffee sitting there.
01:35And whenever he wanted to come in the room, he would actually stand outside the door and ask me, can
01:40I come in?
01:41I was like, it is your movie.
01:44You are paying me.
01:45Please come.
01:46You know?
01:47But it was different.
01:49Then every time I used to step out, right?
01:51And he was having a cup of coffee.
01:52I used to say, what is this?
01:53Like, what coffee are you having?
01:55He said, okay, come sit.
01:56He was very excited.
01:57He said, come sit.
01:58He asked the guy to make a coffee.
02:00I said, but what is this coffee?
02:01He said, see, this is this machine called Nespresso.
02:04And it's a Nespresso machine.
02:05It goes into pods.
02:07It's not available here.
02:08I'm going to buy it from the US.
02:10You'll get it outside only.
02:12I said, okay, let me try it.
02:13I tried it.
02:15I loved it so much.
02:16Because you put one pod and you get coffee in one second.
02:20And such beautiful coffee, right?
02:23So I got the exact same machine.
02:25The exact same color of that machine.
02:28It's right outside in the studio right now.
02:31From then, I've been using this machine.
02:34And I always remember them.
02:36Yeah.
02:37And not only that.
02:38After six months of me associating with him like that,
02:43I saw him in Yashraj.
02:46And I thought he wouldn't remember.
02:48So I just went.
02:49But he actually got out of his car again.
02:52And then he came to greet me.
02:53And he said, what are you doing here?
02:57They have such fond memories, you know,
02:59of these people who you think are completely inaccessible.
03:02But they are such good people.
