00:00PCD were back and we were deciding what to wear for the AMA's American Music Awards.
00:06Nicole actually thought of the idea of wearing red. I mean latex is you know definitely on
00:10theme on brand for PCD but we haven't worn it in so long. My gosh it is sweaty. It looks
00:16fantastic
00:17visually but oh she was a sweaty mess up in there afterwards. It was so fun. It was amazing to
00:23get
00:23back on stage. We didn't know how everybody was going to react to it and the second the music hit
00:29everybody was on their feet dancing singing the songs so we had Busta Rhymes with us which I mean
00:35come on the nostalgia. I remember when we found out Busta was going to be on the Don't You Track
00:40and I
00:40was like I called my mom I was like mom something's happened this is so cool. I think growing up
00:46TLC
00:46was probably my first favorite girl band and then Destiny's Child. Love me some Destiny's Child. I mean
00:59Pussycat Dolls. I think girl bands aren't going anywhere right? Cat's Eye is absolutely killing
01:03it. I saw Flo at WeHo Pride and they were epic. It's just nice to see like women on stage
01:11celebrating
01:13female empowerment. Gosh to give advice to girl bands that are just entering the game it's tough you
01:19know it's a tough grueling schedule people don't really see that because when you get on stage that's
01:23where the real like energy comes from but try as best as you can to soak it up because it
01:28doesn't
01:28last forever you know some lucky people like us get to come around 20 years later but you know as
01:34much as you can just soak up the present moment and enjoy it and there's nothing like being on stage.
