00:00We usually associate meditation with spirituality and I was interested in understanding if it had
00:06any physiological effect, a mind-body connection of sorts. You go to some decent shop selling
00:13toiletries, body oil, hair oil or perfumes. The first thing they'll take you to is samples.
00:19And what will they do there? Ma'am, try this one and a little bit spray it on you.
00:24You're not supposed to be satisfied with this much. If you like this, then you pay the price
00:28and get the entire bottle. That's meditation. And all that we do in the name of meditation is this.
00:33Okay, I want to try that one now. And having tried all these, you get some little aroma and you
00:39get
00:39satisfied with this and you walk out and say, you know, I have fooled the shopkeeper. Next day,
00:44you again walk in and say, you know, I want to try that one. No, no, don't spray it here,
00:47spray it here.
00:49Surely you don't have much appetite for love. You get satisfied with too little. You must have
00:54a giant appetite for love. I'm not satisfied. I want more. Give me more. Madness of love. That's meditation.
