00:44Like millions of professionals, I spent 4-6 hours every day traveling to work.
00:49Changing trains, crowded platforms, long commutes, leaving home before Sunrise.
00:55Returning after sunset, I worked late nights, weekends, public holidays.

01:05For nearly 18 years, I rarely took a proper lunch break.
