00:11Ukraine has reportedly carried out one of its most significant long-range drone attacks
00:16deep inside Russian territory, striking major logistics hubs linked to Russia's largest
00:22online retailer. According to Russian officials and company statements, Ukrainian drones targeted
00:28Wildberries' logistics centers in the Moscow suburb of Elektrostal and in Kotovsk, Tambav region.
00:36The attack marks another expansion in Kyiv's campaign against Russian logistics infrastructure.
00:42Wildberries, often described as Russia's equivalent of Amazon, operates one of the country's
00:47largest warehousing and distribution networks. Russian authorities say the overnight strikes
00:52caused major damage. In Tambav region, Governor Evgeny Pervishov said seven night shift employees
00:59were killed and 24 others were injured after drones struck a logistics center. Wildberries confirmed
01:06that both its Kotovsk and Elektrostal facilities came under attack. The company said a fire at
01:12the Tambav site had been contained, while emergency crews continued working at the Elektrostal warehouse.
01:18The full extent of the damage has not yet been officially disclosed. A senior Ukrainian official,
01:24quoted by media reports, described the operation as retaliation for previous Russian strikes on
01:31facilities belonging to Novav Pushta, Ukraine's largest private postal and logistics company. If confirmed,
01:38the strike would signal an increasing focus on supply chains and commercial logistics as part of the wider
01:44conflict. The Elektrostal facility lies east of Moscow and is among the country's major logistics centers,
01:51serving the densely populated Moscow region. The attack also came during another large-scale drone
01:57assault on the Russian capital. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said more than 370 drones were launched
02:05toward the Moscow region overnight. According to Russian authorities, air defense systems intercepted most of
02:11the incoming drones before they reached the city. Officials said dozens of drones were destroyed
02:17on their approach to Moscow. Ukraine has steadily expanded the range and frequency of its long-distance
02:24drone operations. Kyiv argues that attacks on military, industrial, and logistics infrastructure
02:30inside Russia are a legitimate response to years of Russian missile and drone strikes on Ukrainian cities.
02:36Moscow, meanwhile, has condemned such attacks as acts of terrorism and continues to strengthen air
02:43defenses around key infrastructure and the capital. The reported strike on Wildberries highlights how
02:49logistics networks are increasingly becoming targets in modern warfare. Warehouses, transport hubs,
02:56and supply chains play a critical role in sustaining military operations and the broader wartime economy.
03:03As the conflict enters another phase, both sides appear determined to raise the cost of war far
03:10beyond the front lines. Diplomatic efforts to halt the fighting have made little progress in recent months,
03:16while long-range strikes continue to expand in both scale and reach. For now, fires at major logistics centers,
03:24expanding drone warfare, and repeated attacks deep inside Russia underscore a conflict that is becoming
03:31increasingly difficult to contain.
