00:04all of your eggs one at a time next you're going to alternate your flour salt and bacon powder with
00:08your sour cream and 7-up mixture and you're going to start and end with flour then we're going to
00:13bake this on 325 for an hour and 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean make sure you
00:18tap and shake to get rid of those air bubbles once it comes out you're going to add your glaze

00:30thing we're
00:30going to do is beat our fast with our sugar so i got some softened butter and i'm mixing that
00:34together
00:34to its wall combined and it's white and pale in color then i'm going to add some softened cream
00:38cheese to it as well mix this together make sure it's mixed through thoroughly and then we're going
00:42to go in with adding them eggs one at a time after that i'm going to sift my white lily
00:46all-purpose
00:47flour along with my salt and baking powder add it to my batter a little bit at a time last
00:51but not
00:52least you're going to go in with some vanilla extract some lemon juice and lemon extract and
00:56using a rubber spatula to make sure everything is well combined swirl your cake batter with a
00:59butter knife to get rid of the air pockets and then bake it on 325 in a cold oven that's

01:12how to make this in a bowl of a stand mixer i got some flour on the bottom some sugar
01:15on top adding
01:16it's a room temperature butter on top some room temperature already beaten eggs some sour cream and a
01:20little bit of vanilla extract and that's it now all you have to do is mix on low speed for
01:24two minutes and on
01:25medium speed for three minutes once your pound cake better is well combined you want to take it and
01:28then scrape it down make sure you get every ingredient bake this on 325 for an hour and 30

01:41it first i got some butter and sugar and we're going to beat this on high speed for about seven
01:45minutes this is the only time you're going to be mixing for this long but after we do that we're
01:49going to
01:49put this on low speed and then add in our eggs one at a time to our butter and sugar
01:53do not go any
01:54higher than low speed or your cake will collapse i got some sifted white lily all-purpose flour and
01:59i'm alternating it with my sour cream and vanilla extract you always want to start and end with flour
02:04no matter what you're adding to your pound cake batter get you a grease bunded pan and you want to

02:22baking spray and i'm going to put this in the freezer and let it solidify while we get our cake
02:26together i'm going in with some white lily all-purpose flour no we're not using cake flour
02:30and then i'm gonna add a half a packet of french vanilla pudding mix now that we got our dry
02:35ingredients taken care of i'm going in with some room temperature cream cheese and some butter
02:39and i'm also going to add some vanilla extract and some almond extract i'm mixing that butter
02:42sugar and cream cheese with the extracts for about five minutes to as white and fluffy and then i'm

02:51once this added i'm going to go in with my flour i'm going to add my flour three separate times
