Iran has claimed that under Operation Saeqeh-10, it targeted U.S. military installations in Kuwait and Bahrain with drone strikes aimed at radar and air defense systems. According to Tehran, its loitering munitions, commonly known as suicide drones, damaged U.S. radar facilities, Patriot missile batteries, and communication networks. However, the United States, Kuwait, and Bahrain have rejected these claims, stating that most of the drones were intercepted before reaching their targets and that no critical military infrastructure was damaged. Defense analysts say such drone attacks are designed not only to inflict damage but also to impose economic and strategic pressure by forcing the use of costly air defense interceptors against inexpensive drones.
