00:00Kind of the same thing happening cross-border with giants who have a lot of market share looking to merge
00:04specifically Uber. The team reporting that
00:07they're in advance talks to take over Germany's delivery hero. What do we know about that. Yes. So Uber is
00:12about to make its biggest deal in
00:14quite a number of years. By all accounts we reported yesterday that they're in advance talks delivery hero confirmed it.
00:19Uber is looking to
00:20pay around 40 euros a share which is quite a bit higher than where the shares have been trading in
00:25recent weeks. That's also a deal that is
00:27going to come you know could come unstuck from an antitrust perspective. Delivery hero operates in around 60 markets across
00:32Europe in the
00:33Middle East. Uber as we well know is pretty global itself. And if you look at deals like just the
00:39takeaway with process if you look at
00:41deals with like door dash delivery in the UK even something like door dash Walt in Germany. This is already
00:48a very very
00:48fragmented market. And so we kind of get into an equation where you could potentially be looking at five to
00:53four four to three. You know
00:55these are kind of going to really challenge the core basis of antitrust law.
