Barisan Nasional will contest 25 of the 36 state seats in the Aug 1 Negri Sembilan election.
Barisan deputy chairman Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan announced the seat allocation in Seremban on Wednesday (July 15) night, saying Umno will contest 16 seats, while MCA and MIC will field candidates in seven and two seats respectively.
