(askanews) - Il Primo Ministro britannico Keir Starmer, durante la sua ultima sessione di interrogazioni parlamentari in qualità di leader del Paese, ha dichiarato ai parlamentari: "Questa è la fine del mio percorso politico", promettendo il suo "pieno sostegno" al successore Andy Burnham. "Ogni Primo Ministro sa, quando assume la guida del Paese, che arriverà il giorno in cui dovrà cederla. Quel giorno è arrivato per me.
