"I wanted to create a cool video, but I overrotated the flip and landed badly," the filmer, Daria, told WooGlobe.
She comes down off-balance, her feet slipping as she tips backward and lands on her back.
It’s a quick reminder of how little room there is for error in a single landing.
The moment ends with the fall captured cleanly in frame.
