00:00We would like to invest tremendously in the United States as opposed to charging a fee.
00:06And I like that actually because I don't think anybody should be able to charge a fee for
00:10the straight or for any other straight relationship in terms of other sections of the world.
00:17I don't think anybody should be really in that position.
00:20But we were doing it as a reimbursement.
00:23The Gulf states are going to invest a tremendous amount of money into the United States.
00:28And that was very satisfactory to me.
00:31You have Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait, primarily, and then others.
00:41I spoke to all of them.
00:43And they would love to invest more money in the United States at record amounts.
00:48And that would be very acceptable.
00:50And this way, there's no fee.
00:52I don't like the concept of a fee.
00:53But at the same time, it's not fair that we're protecting this straight for the entire world,
00:59for China and everyone.
01:00I don't mind protecting it for China.
01:02I don't mind protecting it for anybody, but it's unfair that we're not in somehow compensated.
01:06We're not compensated.
