00:00Yeah, it's an exciting time for JCB. We've just celebrated our 80th anniversary and as a consequence of that we're
00:05making some changes really to how we operate here in Australia.
00:11So it's quite exciting. We're setting up a new subsidiary office here in Sydney. We're strengthening our local team and
00:19we're building a parts centre in Melbourne to supply the Australian market with parts here in country.
00:25I really believe that the product range, the changes and developments that we're making here in Australia is going to
00:33put us on the sound footing.
00:34We're going to be closer to our customers and I believe that the team that we're building, the parts centre
00:39here in Australia, we're going to improve our service to our customers here in Australia.
00:43And as a consequence of that we'll be able to offer a better service.
