If you have any frozen dumplings or potstickers in your freezer, this just may be the best way to cook them. In this video, Chef Roscoe shows you how to make one of his favorite at-home dinner recipes with this corn miso dumpling stir-fry. After the dumplings are browned on both sides over the stove, add them to a flavorful soy sauce mixture with corn, zucchini, garlic, and peppers before serving.

00:00This is the best way to use those dumplings in your freezer.
00:02First off, cook your frozen dumplings.
00:04Once brown on both sides, remove.
00:07Next, get a bowl, whisk together your water,
00:09soy sauce, vinegar, miso, and cornstarch.
00:12So well combined, set that aside.
00:14Now back in the skillet.
00:15Add your toasted sesame oil, let's sear your zucchini.
00:18Browning the pot stickers and zucchini separately
00:20develop a deeper flavor and preserves the distinct
00:22texture of each ingredient.
00:24And add your peppers and your garlic.
00:26Then, stir in your soy sauce mixture, corn,
00:28cook this until it's slightly thickened.
00:30Back in with your zucchini and pot stickers.
00:32Stir those off until they're fully coated.
