00:05bone marrow transplant. I was flown all the way from America and knowing a complete stranger
00:10gave me this chance at life is something I'll never be able to put into words. From 1.50pm
00:15to 2.33pm, 312 milliliters containing 8 million stem cells were infused into my body. In the
00:22video you can actually see those tiny little cells flowing through my IV line. It's insane
00:27to think that something so small and all of 43 minutes has the power to completely change
00:33my life. My donor actually donated 16 million stem cells. Only 8 million were needed for
00:39transplant and the remaining cells have been carefully stored in case they ever need it
00:43in the future. At 2.33pm on the 10th of July, I was reborn. Now the waiting begins as these
00:50tiny cells hopefully find their new home, grow and give me a brand new immune system.
00:57So I'm going to begin with 4.30pm.
