MAN SURPRISES GIRLFRIEND WITH DREAM PROPOSAL IN FRONT OF FAMILY

WITH VID

By Soban Aslam

Watch as a woman who hadn't seen her family in two years is left speechless when a surprise reunion turns into an unforgettable marriage proposal.

Beck Woodhead captured the emotional moment in Sydney, Australia.

The video follows Beck as she arrives at the Royal Botanic Garden for what she believes is a family photoshoot after her parents travelled from the UK to visit her for the first time since she moved abroad.

Unbeknownst to her, her partner Alex had already asked her family's permission to marry her during a private conversation after they arrived.

As the photoshoot comes to an end, Beck turns around expecting to see everyone preparing for dinner, only to find her family and closest friends gathered behind her.

Moments later, Alex gets down on one knee and asks her to marry him, leaving her overwhelmed with emotion before she happily says yes.

The celebrations continue with a surprise engagement party, capping off a day filled with family reunions, heartfelt surprises and an unforgettable proposal.

The heartwarming clip was shared online where one user commented: "Thatโ€™s the sort of sneakiness I can get behind."

Another added: "Joyous! Congratulations to you both and I wish you every happiness ."

00:00and our friends. So if you go back, and you feel our family and friends, go, go, either way, yeah,
00:08sure, okay, looking at the camera, looking at the camera, okay, all right, so the reason why I chose them
00:15to do a family photo is because I haven't had a family photo before, now the reason why I chose
00:20the opera house is because on November 28th, when Beck first saw the opera house, and she turned the corner
00:27over here on Argyle Street, she started crying.
00:30Now a couple of months after that, she started crying again because she couldn't believe that this was her home.
00:36So for our first anniversary, I then took like 300 odd photos, and then put it on a video for
00:46her, and you could see that the opera house was behind like 80% of the photos. So this is
00:52a huge part of our life, and we get to see it from our balcony.
00:55Now the beautiful part about today is that we've been able to spend it with her mum and dad and
00:59her family, and I wanted to take this moment to do something special, but I couldn't do it just in
01:04front of her family, I needed to do it in front of mine and our friends.
01:10So if you go back, and you feel our family and friends, go, go, go, go up there, go up
01:16there, go up with them, go up with them.
01:18No way, oh my God.
01:24Stay in front of all our family and friends, in your favourite video, in your favourite building.
01:30Oh no, no.
01:34Baby, will you marry me?
