00:00Good afternoon, everyone. My name is Brent Valeriana Balthazar, 47, flexing like 29.
00:08I stand for mental fortitude, age confidence, and also limitless possibilities.
00:15As a parentahen myself, I want to tell people that growing older does not mean growing smaller.
00:22As a person living with ADHD since the age of 14, when I was diagnosed,
00:29I want to advocate on movement and how it impacts your wellness journey.
00:33And lastly, as a content creator, I use my platform in influencing the youth,
00:38that it's never too early to invent in yourself,
00:41and also to the midlifers, that it's never too late to have a stronger life.
00:46Remember my story. Remember my name, Brent Valeriana Balthazar, and this is my supervisor here.
00:54Thank you, and your question is coming from Judge Christel.
00:56Hi, Remil.
00:57Hi, Christel.
00:59So my question for you is, if the younger version of yourself could see you,
01:04what's the greatest turning point of your life that would surprise them the most, and why?
01:10This right here probably is one of my 14-year-old self would be really proud of who I am
01:18right now,
01:18because I was always bullied growing up having ADHD in a time wherein it wasn't really understood.
01:24This was in the early 90s, so you can imagine, like, people thought that I have a mental disability
01:31that is far greater than the actual ADHD, so I have to say, having been in all of my eras
01:39that I have proven so many times, I'm super proud of myself.
01:43This is the moment of it. Thank you.
01:45Thank you very much.
