00:00so he acted erratically um was he pacing just sitting down relaxing no he was he was uh
00:08walking around a lot and that's within the home um and did he talk about what he had done
00:18uh didn't go into detail he just i just asked him in person if what he said was true the
00:24night before
00:25and he said it was i started crying a little bit and said he wishes he hadn't done it uh
00:32and then kept going around and just doing stuff i think to keep himself busy or distracted or
00:40something okay did he talk about what he was going to do next uh
00:52and then eventually said that he would talk to his parents or turn himself over
00:59okay and when you left was that how you went you left understanding that he was going to turn
01:05himself in or go to his parents house yeah and i didn't really want to be at our apartment while
01:10any of that was happening regardless of what went down okay um
01:22okay before he came home had you seen the press the press releases um any of the media on on
01:28this
01:29uh i'd seen one instagram like link a friend of mine had sent in our group chat
01:36and but i hadn't really looked into it at all and uh had you seen the images that were released
01:43of the
01:43suspect uh i did the next day i don't think i saw any on the tent i'm going to show

02:11this event um and here on the screen you see these there's looks like there's two rows of three images
02:18um do you recognize the person in these images i wouldn't say with a hundred percent certainty just
02:27because of camera quality but that looks like him in terms of the shoes he's wearing the sunglasses
02:33i don't think i'd specifically seen him wearing that hat but he was usually wearing a hat um and then
02:40jeans so it definitely especially the bottom the last two definitely do look like him
02:52oh they do look like tyler robinson
02:58and uh you talked about that with your friends right this is his friends yeah i don't um i don't
03:07know if
03:07i talked i don't remember if i talked about it with any of my friends um and then since i
03:12didn't have
03:12my phone after that for a while and i still am not using social media i don't i don't know
03:17uh on my
03:18friends then okay um all right i want to back up a little bit now we've talked about september 10th
03:25but
03:25let me get a little bit of um context here so um did you game with tyler uh yeah what
03:33kind of games um
03:37i played some just kind of party games together like stuff anything that would be multiplayer with a group
03:42of friends uh there was one game he really liked called sea of thieves where he plays like a pirate
03:48and you can you can fight against people but most of us just like fishing fighting sharks skeletons kind
03:56of stuff um we played some co-op games where it's like uh you both have to work together to
04:02win in
04:02whatever way uh way back when like when i was just out of high school when i uh first knew
04:11him
04:12online we played some like shooting games together but i i didn't know him very well so that was just
04:16when we had like a whole friend group on to play and he was someone that my friends invited okay
04:21um
04:22did you and he ever talk about politics um he did more than me uh i i didn't really still
04:30don't
04:31really keep up with politics very much uh he usually talked about stuff he heard on the radio on his
04:37drive to work and like their work car since it sounds like a their whole crew went in the same
04:42car
04:43most of the time but uh i wouldn't say super consistently because it wasn't a topic i really
04:50contributed much on how about charlie correct did you ever talk about charlie kirk i i personally
04:56had never heard him talk about charlie kirk before specifically okay
