02:13The Police Senior Command and Staff Course, INTEX-13,
02:19is a one-year program delivered by the National Police College
02:23in partnership with the University of Rwanda and the African Leadership University.
02:29The course is designed as a comprehensive three-part package,
02:34blending academic excellence with professional development.
02:40The three components of this program include
02:42the Police Command and Staff Component, which awards successful participants with the past staff college title.
02:52It has another component of Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management,
02:59which equips participants with advanced leadership and management skills.
03:04And finally, it has a component of a Master of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Transformation.
03:14You are now better prepared to take on greater responsibilities to lead with integrity and to serve your nations.

07:09you have been, there is still more to do, more to learn, and more to achieve.
07:16I commend the efforts of the Rwanda National Police, particularly the National Police College,
07:22for continuing to stand for its vision of being an international center of excellence in police
07:29training and development.
07:31The government of Rwanda will continue supporting the Rwanda National Police to stay ahead in delivering
