05:50and Chief of the Rwanda Defense Force, I am pleased to join you today at the 13th graduation
05:57ceremony of the Senior Command Staff Course.
06:01We have leaders for honoring this vision by integrating digital solutions into the college's programs
06:09and ensuring it becomes a reality.
06:11I am confident that this institution will support our efforts toward a resilient and future-ready
06:19defense force equipped to handle the current security challenges.
06:26The success we celebrate today would not have been possible without the dedication of the
06:34college leadership and, most importantly, the guidance provided by the high-level leadership
06:40of RDF.
06:42I, therefore, extend my sincere appreciation to the RDF leadership for their role in developing
06:49strong and professional forces.
06:51I also commend the college leadership, teaching, and academic staff for their commitment to
06:58their excellence.
06:59the government of Rwanda remains committed to supporting efforts to strengthen military
07:07training infrastructure, ensuring to continue the relevance, and alignment with the highest
