A homemade cobbler ready in no time! In this video, Nicole shows off this easy blueberry cobbler recipe, a warm, comforting classic that's surprisingly simple to make and bursting with juicy blueberry flavor. The ratio is criminally simple too: a cup of milk, sugar, and flour are combined with hot butter, and the blueberries bake, turning jammy and rich around a crispy crust.

00:00Five ingredient, cuppa, cuppa, cuppa cobbler.
00:03And I'll be having this one for breakfast.
00:05You're gonna start by melting your butter in the oven.
00:07Got my blueberries, I'm gonna give them a little rinse.
00:09And then the batter is very simple.
00:10It's a cuppa, cuppa, cuppa.
00:12Cup of sugar, cup of flour, self-rising flour,
00:15and a cup of milk.
00:16So we pour our batter directly into the hot butter,
00:20and then our blueberries on top.
00:21To the oven we go for about an hour.
00:23It's almost like magic.
00:24The juice from the blueberries soaks into that batter.
00:28You get a little cake, a little fruit,
00:31and that ice cream melts into that cobbler.
00:35Mm-hmm.
00:36This is the perfect example
00:38of what we call a no-brainer dessert.
00:40The cobbler part that rises to the top gets crusty,
00:42but then the part that's underneath
00:43is more like just a delicate, buttery cake.
00:46And it's the perfect bite of summer.
