MANILA, Philippines- President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Friday hosted a diplomatic reception, as the country commemorates the 10th anniversary of the 2016 Arbitral Award that invalidated China's sweeping nine- dash line claim in the West Philippine Sea.
