Ever considered your braces to be cosmetic surgery? Ashton Kutcher breaks down his theory that many of us are constantly augmenting our appearance, from Invisalign to specific beard trims, challenging our perception of what's natural.

00:04they're doing cosmetic surgery to themselves.
00:07They're cosmetically changing their teeth.
00:09Every time you see somebody who shaves their mustache a certain way
00:14and just leaves the beard,
00:15they're saying something with their physical instinct.
00:18That's a cosmetic change, right?
00:21Every time you see somebody who has a haircut
00:23or somebody who is, you know, putting on eye makeup
00:27or somebody who's taking Ozempic or Mungiarno
00:31or somebody who, like, there are so many cosmetic augmentations
00:36that people are doing all the time right before our very eyes.
00:39And so the question of, like, would you do so is kind of like,
00:44the question is just, like, how much would you do?
