00:44We must create a climate of dialogue, respect, and cooperation.
00:48We must maintain confidence in the institutions and in the country.
00:51Strengthen hope, nurture trust, and maintain a climate of democratic maturity.
00:59Today, Colombia needs all of us to strive to work towards national unity.
