00:0020 years ago, you released a DVD. You looked super fit. Why was it such a big mistake?
00:06Huge mistake because I never thought about my weight before that time.
00:10I was very happy-go-lucky and didn't get on a scale, didn't do anything.
00:14Then I was offered that job, go and do it, earn loads of money, lose loads of weight.
00:18And I did that job and then lost loads of weight and put it all back on again.
00:23And it was really, really hard, which is why this campaign, you know,
00:28what I'm doing at the moment is really important to me.
00:30And I like to do things that, you know, set me on fire, if you like.
00:34And we don't talk enough about weight.
00:36I don't think we talk in an honest way about how we feel, you know?
00:40What was the most important thing that somebody should have said to you
00:43when you were thinking of doing that DVD?
00:45That it will change and you'll start having food noise.
00:49I felt very alone after the DVD. I felt very alone.
00:52The job finished and I was on my own.
00:54And I wish I had someone to talk to, you know, somewhere to go.
00:58Whoever that would be.
