00:04Okay, we're very happy with our performance today also.
00:09I'd like to of course thank my co-counsel, Attorney CJ Narvaza,
00:14who we feel did a really good job in his cross-examination.
00:18We had targets for today and we can confidently say that we were able to achieve those targets.
00:24How are the targets?
00:26We have a lot of people who want to go out.
00:27For example, again, I cannot discuss the merits but at least yung nakita nyo, para factual lang tayo,
00:34marami kaming gusto kong palabasin.
00:36Like for example, yung extent ng investigation na ginawa,
00:40anong mga ibang parts ng video that would provide context for example,
00:47and then also yung nature ng affidavit of investigation,
00:52kung isa lang ba talaga yun o may isa pang nauna, etc.
00:55So, pagdating naman doon sa kung ano ba talaga yung punto na gusto naming tumpukin doon,
01:02hindi ko na lang itidiscuss because that will really go into the merits.
01:06So, sa factual lang tayo.
01:07And those, we had our targets basically for cross-examination
01:11and we're very happy that attorney CJ was able to execute that to the T.
