00:23The retired NFL player responded on X after a clip of him saying he was flabbergasted over being left off
00:29the guest list went viral.
00:31Compton took another swipe at the invite list, writing,
00:34Don't think I've ever seen Dean Blandino at tight end University,
00:38referring to the Fox Sports analyst who attended the star-studded Madison Square Garden wedding.
00:43The tweet came after Compton's appearance on Barstool's Wake Up Barstool,
00:47where Dave Portnoy called him to check in after what he called a stunning wedding snub.
00:54Compton admitted he didn't think much of it at first,
00:56especially since he was vacationing with his family in Europe during the wedding weekend.
01:00But once photos from the ceremony started flooding social media,
01:04he realized just how many familiar faces had made the guest list.
01:08Compton, who's been a regular at Travis Kelsey's annual tight end University Summit for years,
01:14said he was surprised to see everybody else from the event there.
01:17He specifically questioned how Fox Sports analyst Dean Blandino ended up with an invite, while he didn't.
01:24Although Compton isn't one of tight end University's founders,
01:28he's become a staple of the annual gathering,
01:30and even posed for a photo with Taylor Swift at last year's event after she attended in support of Kelsey.
01:37Some fans think Compton's comments are all in good fun,
01:40but others pointed to remarks he made last September about Kelsey's relationship with Swift
01:45potentially becoming a distraction during the NFL season.
01:49At the time, Compton questioned whether the Chiefs were taking on too many off-field commitments,
01:54mentioning Kelsey's engagement and the couple's growing spotlight.
01:57Now Compton isn't the only one wondering what happened.
02:01His busing with the boys' co-host Taylor Lewin also joked about the wedding guest list on their latest podcast,
02:07saying he was taking the high road while questioning why he and Compton were left out.

02:40Lewin admitted he recorded a voice memo asking Kelsey why they didn't get invited,
02:45but decided not to send it.
02:47Whether the snub was intentional or just a matter of trimming a massive guest list,
02:51one thing's clear, Will Compton still has some questions for the groom.
