Este martes, De la Espriella anunció los seis nombramientos con los que completó la decena. A través de un comunicado oficial, manifestó que Elsa Noguera, economista y exgobernadora del Atlántico, asumirá el Ministerio de Transporte; Mauricio Gómez Amín, exsenador y jefe de debate de la campaña liderará el Ministerio de Comercio; Viviane Morales, exfiscal general de la Nación y exsenadora, dirigirá el Ministerio de Educación; Jaime Andrés Beltrán, exalcalde de Bucaramanga, asumirá el Ministerio de Vivienda; Juliana Gutiérrez, administradora de empresas y hermana del alcalde de Medellín, Federico Gutiérrez, liderará el Ministerio de Deporte; y el penalista Iván Cancino, dirigirá el Ministerio de Justicia.
