01:42some people are writing very quick all right show me what you got was that
01:46perka perkinbuck doing a quick tally perka is the messiest
01:54y'all seen my online history

02:02always just go to Moe for like what I called the Moe-isms it's just like bits of wisdom that
02:08he has to
02:08offer and drop on us all Charlie was just so kind to me and this is a
02:13competition you don't have to be kind but this king right here he takes the
02:17time to check in on others I partake in humans that care and thank you for
02:23caring in this world that's some king when I got voted out it could have
02:27really been a painful experience but tuna had a tuna can van ready to take us to
02:32take us on trips we were in a can van I think it's safe to say this is the
02:37first competition show where you're excited to be eliminated the experience
02:42was so good showbiz all right kids who stays up the latest and what the hell are
02:48they doing party room 790 what happens in 794 I can't say cuz it's TV 14 everyone
03:00but dick cuz I think dick got the most sleep I'm Dick's roomie and DVD just is

03:19Big D Moe keeps saying he's weirdly attracted to me
03:29all right we got both of you in the back there's a tuna and Alexander spill the tea
03:35oh I've lived my tea for tea fantasy with Alexander the Great I see the fanfiction
03:41because there is this one moment in the man cave he looks up and it like
03:48and it's like Twilight you know like glittering in the sun and fantasy I love it tea for tea baby
03:54that's our spin-off show all right last question who do you think is gonna win the first king of
04:00drag
04:02all right King show me what you got oh wow look at all this okay prick sex okay so here's
04:08how I can
04:08still win if we all just text right now honestly I couldn't pick because usually when I go to
04:15competition shows I'm like okay team everyone black team everyone trans team everyone scary
04:19and you got all three in the finale so it's like I won you won they won everyone watching one
04:29long
04:30live the kings so let's get changed we have a big show coming up guys we made it that's crazy
04:51look at
04:52us even our frames are cute together I'll just say that that's crazy I can't believe it how are you
04:58feeling bad it's been a very long day yeah it means a lot for me to be here like I've
05:07worked very very
05:08hard and I am also a person that feels very deeply and can honor and see how hard other people
05:17have
05:17worked to be on that wall coming from the bottom last week there's certainly a momentum that I don't
05:25love especially getting so close the ability to execute doesn't scare me but my morale can have
05:33me going home with that being said congratulations to you congratulations to you both congratulations
05:41winner DVD hey somebody decided to show up to work today that was crazy I did not expect to win
05:48anything
05:48I have literally been safe this whole time I mean I guess when I lip sync I don't play it
05:53safe through
05:54the course of this experience I was just like what's in the rubric like let me follow exactly what I
06:00think the judges want to see I realized the judges want to see me I have to be secure in
06:06my own art I
06:06can't be like waiting for someone else to like tell me you know we have been so rewarded from speaking
06:12and
06:12acting from the heart every single time I'm going to the finale I get to do all of these things
06:17that
06:18I dreamed about I feel like I can finally release that hesitation that I've been carrying with me
06:23since week one imagine one of these heads but with a crown could we promise to do our best to
06:30kick
06:30each other's asses as a way of honoring how goddamn good I love all three of us are absolutely let's
06:37kick
06:37each other's asses yeah oh right there yeah sorry your ass is already asked why people with fat
06:46asses are crazy don't you isolate them cheeks on your way out too I would think of it good morning
07:00Murray is it morning it's dick o'clock how's it going the finale's coming up how you feeling it's
07:10completely surreal I've been thinking to myself about seven years ago I kept pitching these concepts to
07:16the artists that I worked with and they kept being like that is a little too much for me like
07:21the
07:21suggestions you're making are a little too extreme I realized then that I was making suggestions for
07:27myself so now to be here and have everyone just completely like accepting oh yeah you know that's
07:34Henlo and I'm like wow you know I hope that you've learned to go full extreme because we love it
07:40me too
07:41yeah I feel like I've surprised myself at every turn here and like being vulnerable and sharing that in a
07:47way that is working it has worked you're in the finals I am I'm an old-school guy when I
07:53started off
07:54there was no processing instead I used camp to deal with these same feelings but it was also a
08:00mask with a K so when I see all of you kings up there you're dealing with saying it out
08:05loud and
08:06you're owning it to be given this platform and potentially win king of drag would be the
08:14ultimate validation you are already validated yeah the big show can't believe it last week
08:22you won the beefy challenge about that there was a lot of reaction to my ass yeah yeah you should
08:28have seen me struggling through the airport with four of the largest suitcases and I'm like I didn't
08:36need to bring any of them all I needed was one jockstrap and I would have won every challenge I'm
08:39just
08:40like who would have know you know what are you gonna do to center yourself for the big show tonight
08:45I'm a Virgo moon and a chronic overthinker and I had like planned this whole like slam bang like
08:53thought out like joke joke joke thing that I was and it had like sound effects and this whole
08:58shenanigans and last night I decided that it was just like not my vibe anymore I scrapped the whole
09:07thing the sisters of perpetual indulgence describe drag as like the rodeo clown and it's our job to
09:14protect the rider from the bull and I think we all know what the bull is right now and these
09:19insane
09:20political times that we have and I decided the strongest move I can make right now with all these
09:26emotions is just to be the rodeo clown and make people laugh and give people joy and remind people
09:31like why we need drag now more than ever maybe that's why I wore my rodeo shirt I don't know
09:38you know what that is what showbiz hey no it is the personal is political putting your heart and
09:45yourself into it through your comedy that's like your north star yeah if you always work from that place
09:51the sky's the limit first of all congratulations thank you the last episode it was so great to see you
09:58come out in the interpretive dance what was going on in that moment when you heard you were advancing
10:03I crumbled when I heard we all see your greatness every time I'm on stage I am emotional what are
10:11you gonna do to kind of use these emotions as fuel I'm a very spiritual person I picked that up
10:19and I
10:20love that about myself I come from intense people I come from passionate people this was like my dad's time
10:28really yeah my dad and I had a pretty volatile and hard relationship when I was able to center my
10:40drag
10:40as a calling instead of an escape our relationship changed I could see my dad as someone who did his
10:50absolute best like I'm always thinking that I'm my father's daughter you know and I'm very very proud of
10:57that my dad is connected to all of my drag he was always the most stylish guy in the room
11:03he wore
11:04bell-bottoms and flares he was not a feminine person but what trends up as masculine and what
11:11trends up as feminine is quite arbitrary whether my dad knew it or not his attachment to his style
11:18embodied an expansion beyond gender where I turned to King Malassus it is with the fervor of the way that
11:27my father treated himself and took himself so seriously you think he's watching you excel and
11:32shine oh yeah and expects nothing less on that go get ready showbiz I'm proud of you bro all right
11:39good luck today thank you before you go on tonight north star north star it's you you're the north star
11:45thank you all right get out of here get ready good luck peace
12:12today we have two challenges as usual but since it's the finale both challenges are equally beefy
12:19it's a double cheeseburger day it's two times the meat after the first challenge one king will be
12:25eliminated which leaves the final two to duke it out for the crown but before we bite out of
12:32that beef let's check in with our finalists Avengers assemble should we get in drag let's just go
12:41natural let's just skip it out there yeah I do start to feel those nerves especially against two other
12:50strong performers we're just one big trouble I don't know what else to say final trouble yeah
12:56final trouble there's definitely a massive mixture of emotions happening there's anxiety there's
13:01excitement I'm feeling very focused I really believe in what I'm about to do everyone's been
13:06making fun of me because during this competition I've always been the one that gets the most sleep and
13:11last night was the first night that I prioritized the work over my sleep because I was restructuring
13:17my act I'm feeling it like hard this morning today is the first day that I felt able to move
13:25my body
13:26freely in the space I have my comforts my mic stand songs that I love and with this act it's
13:36like I'm
13:36finally kind of back in my bag I can show people who I am hell yeah you can yeah we've
13:42been here
13:42working at our craft but today I get to do what I know and there's no penalty for that this
13:51is all me
13:51I'm a dangerous dude when I'm in that spot my whole concept is like I'm gonna be doing it in
13:57face but
13:58like it's mostly a cat stand-up more so than a dick stand-up so I feel like this suit
14:02makes the most sense
14:03I like this on you yeah and when you're done with it you know my bag is right here I
14:08do drag for me I
14:11do drag for other people who can relate to me and I think the most authentic thing that I can
14:15do is
14:16tell stories as cat dressed as dick are there lessons that you feel like you've learned from
14:21dick yeah I admire his confidence because I'm an overthinker for me the separation between dick and cat
14:29is less of an internal one and more of an external one for a moment I'm impersonating white guy
14:35privilege like I put on the mustache and people are like dick what do you think oh well that's what
14:41dick thinks and then I become cat and they're like yeah yeah whatever and I'm like wait a second oh
14:46no
14:46I'm seeing too much I'm so excited for your song dude yeah it's been the thing powering me to get
14:52here
14:53that I get to share my dad's music my dad is my best friend and every other best friend I
14:58know knows
14:59you're in line after him so much of who Henlo Bullfrog is is inspired by my father I paint according
15:06to
15:06the bone structure my father has I walk the way my father walks my father was so moved and inspired
15:13by
15:13this weird character he wrote the folk song the ballad of Henlo Bullfrog and because Henlo's a shapeshifter
15:19people have seen him in so many forms throughout this competition and now finally they'll know why
15:24he is the way he is it is so nerve-wracking to be entering the finale and bringing something so
15:30personal and vulnerable it is more naked than being naked I feel like a drag queen just throwing my drag
15:36on top of everybody else's that's what drag is all about the process of getting into drag is usually
15:46quite a bit stressful I find myself telling myself like I could do this better I could do this more
15:51efficiently and then when the music turns on the stage lights are up it's like quiet I'm really
15:57climbing a mountain to get to my happy place you don't see something cool this is my mini fog machine
16:04I built a wig cage with a hinge there it is oh my god Henlo's having his first idea ever
16:12with a wig reveal especially with the fog machine inside of it a million things can go wrong a little
16:17more time to polish it you know would have been ideal but uh we're moving at a very quick pace
16:21here oh my
16:24god I'm so nervous you guys I want you to take care of yourself oh I I did not even
16:30have the energy to
16:31know how to do that I'm just like literally trying not to throw up I'm feeling tired I'm feeling
16:37terrified I had felt good about changing my concept but as someone who struggles with remembering
16:44things being under all this pressure and not having enough sleep it's very nerve-wracking to have to
16:50like try to memorize this thing and look confident at it all of a sudden it feels like a very
16:55scary
16:55decision to make oh my god can you imagine packing we're all gonna be so wiped out I for real
17:03feel
17:03unwell can I have a trash can keep walking dude we got it keep walking there's a lot of anxiety
17:10coursing through my brain and my body there are seven kings who worked really hard to get here who
17:17would love to be in this chair painting right now I think that's what's affecting me is like I didn't
17:22even like mine enough to do the thing that I like worked hard on you know I like bailed at
17:27the last
17:27minute and meanwhile all these other Kings had something really cool and like would take up
17:32better space on TV than whatever I was gonna say I never imagined making it to the finale of this
17:41competition and now I'm here and I think I'm struggling to feel like I earned it I can't
17:46imagine the stress that dick is going through like the day of the finale feeling that bad I'm just caught
17:54up
17:54and I don't know I'm just like spiraling my brain I feel like is like churning like at like twice
17:59its
17:59normal speed in this moment I'm going back and forth like do I just quit
18:32the dick doing okay yeah just not going well so he's going to sleep for like 20 minutes
18:37DVD is definitely on my mind I really hope just his circumstances can change it's it's unsure right
18:44now but yeah ah I feel like not only am I trying to like do well for myself but it's
18:59it's an immense
19:00amount of pressure to feel like I'm trying to make every wonderful beautiful drag king I've ever known
19:05and loved like proud at the same time I desperately want to go on I desperately want to compete but
19:10I
19:10just physically don't know if I can I decide to listen to my body and rest and just hope that
19:18that helps and hope that I'll have enough time to still frankly participate oh here comes the anxiety
19:24I have brought the Ballad of Henlo Bullfrog live playing it with my dad on drag stages but the way
19:31I'm mixing it with Henlo's actual origin story is totally new I literally finished editing the final
19:37mix last night and it's scary oh this is my first like one-man little theater production well if it
19:45doesn't land I still did what was important to me Henlo is going to present something unique that plays to
19:53their strengths as a visual artist I'm doing what I do several nights a week which is to lip sync
20:00and
20:01the judges may think that that just might be a predictable route because every time we get on
20:06that stage with something to prove I feel like something incredible happens I'm doing a go-go
20:11piece I'm really excited about that I'm sorry you guys I walk I think the most slowly I have ever
20:20walked into the man cave it smells like dick von barf over here I'm feeling better I can't believe I
20:27narfed in front of both contestants there's something about you that said narf you know
20:32yeah this is just so on brand of me like pushing through I've been doing drag for 10 years and
20:38this
20:38feels like the pinnacle moment my athlete brain takes over and is like you have to keep going like
20:44you have to keep going like for them you have to keep going for the Kings who applied and didn't
20:47make it you have to keep going like for yourself we are so close to the sprint at the end
20:52and we're
20:53gonna get there I've got my eye on that prize I am so ready to win they could turn the
21:03corner on me
21:03so I'm doubling down and to be honest with you I did not prepare an exit line welcome back to
21:16the
21:17Royal Hall for one final strut please welcome again the inaugural cast of King of Drag Tuna Melt
21:30Buck Wild Alexander the Great
22:02to keep our Kings in check we have our fantastic Kings Court
22:07Chicago's Puerto Rican king of charisma tender roadie author host and drag icon got Mick
22:17reverie CEO and handsome devil he wrote that Damian Pelichoni winner of drag race all-stars season six
22:27Kylie Sonique love and Broadway's favorite first lady actor and award-winning playwright of Oh Mary
22:35Nicole Escola Kings Court we've made it our final three Kings have battled their way to the finale at the
22:48end of this challenge
22:49only two Kings will be left standing this is the best of the best in this country and any one
22:57of them could be the finalist
22:59tonight they each have three minutes to do whatever they want putting their best foot forward everybody right
23:07all right here we go now presenting the ballad of Henlo bullfrog
23:16the gates to heaven are deep within the bowels of hell the gates to heaven are always guarded the gates
23:23to hell are not every 10 years the fairy realm sends a tithe of seven creatures to guard the gates
23:29of heaven
23:30this year they sent Henlo bullfrog a changeling changed by his years and other worlds they don't
23:36know he's got a plan Henlo bullfrog will crawl from hell to get back to earth he'll tear down the
23:43gates
23:43of heaven to do it
23:52I seduced the seven lords of hell to open the gate of heaven I'm a shapeshifter I became what they
23:57wanted
23:57most the lord of lust didn't want another lover they wanted a true friend the lord of envy wanted someone
24:03who'd freely celebrate them and their successes I didn't trick a single lord of hell they gave me
24:08their keys freely but when I went to open the gate I couldn't go through I was still cursed to
24:13stay
24:14where my masters put me is this enough isn't this enough I deserve it I want it the most open
24:20damn you
24:21I tried the gate again every day wearing the curse down little by little five minutes a day of anything
24:25is enough to cast a new spell on your life I'm not a demon I'm not a fairy or a
24:43frog I'm just a man I
24:45want to go home this is heaven anyone who can get here can stay I can hear the sounds of
24:58earth it's
24:59so close I'm going home and what will you do when you return to earth all your plans are just
25:04to get
25:04there I'm going to rest and I'm going to spend time with my friends and family the people I love
25:10are my
25:10home if they were still in hell I would stay there and by taking care of each other we would
25:15make
25:16hell a paradise stay with us I'm going home oh hello hello bullfrog your skin is clammy and cold
25:25there's water dripping from your coattails you're a frog down in your soul
25:42thank you Henlo
25:46Every moment and detail in the ballad of Henlo Bullfrog is so personal to actual things that it feels very
25:54exposing
25:54for me so I'm a little nervous there's a lot riding on this it's the finale they're asking for perfection
26:00the race is on we got anybody from the fire department here anybody next up Dick Von Dyke's
26:10unforgettable experience
26:12thank you so much kings judges I'm so excited to be here tonight I've been up here all season long
26:24just out here dicking around for you and I decided instead to do something real you want to see
26:28something real good yeah consent's a good way to start anyway my real name is Kat and before drag
26:36was my day job I used to work in senior living which reminds me is it too late to give
26:41Murray
26:42Hill my car by the way is just a dick pic just when I used to work in senior living
26:49I loved it
26:50because half my residents thought I was a nice young lady named Kat and the other half of my
26:55residents thought I was a nice young man named Pat and as long as the two groups never compared
27:01notes I didn't give what they thought so I had this one resident in particular he would wake up the
27:07same
27:07way every single day he'd awaken in a jolt okay I'd bring him his newspaper Kat I know you're gay
27:16that if anyone gives you trouble about it tell him to come talk to me he was like 800 years
27:23old and
27:23still terrifying so good the other thing about dementia care much like lesbianism is house cats
27:30are good for morale naturally I made sure my residents had a house cat for my own morale and there
27:37was
27:38this one resident in particular who really against all odds fell in love with this cat it was this
27:44woman and this cat they did everything together it was the woman and the cat they ate breakfast I mean
27:49they were inseparable and if we couldn't find one or the other we would look under each other's beds you
27:54know and it was really it was a beautiful relationship until the day when the cat died oh and yes
28:00and I
28:01realized that it was going to be my job to deliver the news that this woman's cat had died me
28:07a cat
28:07lesbian I prepared a beautiful speech I was practicing and practicing and I showed up to her room and I
28:14sat
28:15down and it sounded something like this listen I know you and this cat you had beautiful memories
28:27together and although we won't be able to make any more memories those memories live in our hearts forever
28:38you know she looks at me she thinks about it and she goes you mean to tell me we have
28:46a cat
28:49that they taught me a valuable lesson that you know as long as you're doing what you love whether
28:55you win or you lose somebody will always forget about you God I can't wait to sit down can someone
29:11please get me some more electrolytes but I'm really proud of that being the last thing I do on this
29:16show

32:27what you gonna do now, ay, kid.
32:30Yeah!
32:30Good day.
32:32Do the day.
32:35Get me spinning around and I ain't coming down,
32:39what you gonna do now, ay, do day,
32:42do the day, do the day, do the day, do the day.
32:46You got me loose, you got me open, yeah, I'm losing it, and I don't even know what else to
32:51do, no.
33:01Oh, man.
33:02Finally, because I was doing what I chose to do, hearing a song that I love and being able to
33:09get lost again means everything.
33:11It just felt like alignment.
33:13At this point now, it's completely up to the judges.
33:18What a show.
33:20Thank you, King James.
33:21Oh, yeah, brother.
33:23Oh, G-pop.
33:25We're down to the final three, and now we're going to toss it to the King's Court.
33:31Tenderoni, what did you think of Henlo's performance?
33:34Hi, Henlo.
33:35Hello, Tenderoni.
33:36I loved your performance tonight.
33:38I love that it was just signature Henlo.
33:40Stuff that you bring is stuff that I've never seen before, and I always appreciate that from you.
33:44I felt the love.
33:45I felt the inspiration.
33:47You showcased your strengths with the wig, the effect.
33:50It reminded me of, like, a prologue in a video game.
33:53It really taught me a lot about you, and I loved it.
33:56Thank you so much.
33:57You were really passionate, I could see it, and so I was like, I have to get into the storyline.
34:01Like, I have to get what he's saying, but I kind of got a little bit lost.
34:05I will agree with Mick.
34:07I was a little lost with what was going on, but I loved your passion.
34:11I get that my drag may not appeal to everyone.
34:15I don't think any one person's drag is totally universal.
34:18This is art.
34:19It sucks, but I'm proud as hell.
34:22I wouldn't change it.
34:23Dick Von Dyke.
34:25Stand-up is so hard, and the fact that you chose that as your closing act is so impressive.
34:31I think it paid off this week.
34:32You're just such a confident performer.
34:35You come out there and just command the stage.
34:37It is so refreshing to see a funny drag king comedian.
34:43We never see any of those.
34:45Ever, ever, ever, ever.
34:50I think maybe the closing line could have been a little bit stronger.
34:53I would have loved to see a little more sparkle in your look, you know?
34:58It's very important when we're in front of the lights in an audience
35:01to have that little bit of sparkle.
35:03But I was giggling the whole way through, and I really enjoyed you.
35:06I feel really grateful for the judges' feedback.
35:09I'm glad they liked it.
35:11But my favorite part was that Murray loved it.
35:13I just admired Murray so much.
35:18King Molasses.
35:19Oh, Molasses, I am obsessed with you.
35:22I think your body control is just so beautiful.
35:25I think we all wanted to be that Mike Stanton.
35:28A true Molasses performance today.
35:32You have it.
35:33I'm entertained.
35:34I'm intrigued.
35:35I want to see more.
35:37From your cummerbund to the robe, like, everything told me something important about you.
35:42You're so, like, masculine.
35:44But I love the feminine touch.
35:45What's the concept of using the robe with this look?
35:48My drag aesthetic is masculine and feminine, and I find them both relative to each other.
35:55That robe and this suit are sentimental.
35:58This was my dad's tie.
36:01I lost my dad three years ago, and if there's anything that I wanted to leave on this show,
36:06I think I thought it was to honor your mother and your father and your family.
36:12But tonight, I think that I just need to honor me.
36:16Thank you for sharing that.
36:19I lost my dad three years ago also, and I know how hard it is to carry a memory of
36:24somebody
36:24with you everywhere that you go.
36:26It's just so beautiful to see where you've come in this competition and where you're going
36:32because the sky is the limit for you.
36:34Thank you so much.
36:35I see myself in all of those judges.
36:38The feedback that I got is telling me that I'm not a fluke.
36:43Where I'm going is where you all are sitting.
36:46Thank you, judges.
36:48Thank you, kings.
36:49Please head back to the man cave while the court deliberates.
36:53And great job to three.
36:54Yay!
36:57Yay!
36:58Aw!
37:00That's so cute.
37:02Take care.
37:04I'm so proud of us, you guys.
37:06So proud of us.
37:07Woo-wee!
37:10Last three boys.
37:12Look at this.
37:13Let's sit next to you, king.
37:15Yes!
37:15Hello, top three.
37:18Yay!
37:22Yay!
37:24Yay!
37:25Yay!
37:25Yay!
37:26Yay!
37:26All right, guys, we have to send two of the kings into the second part of the finale.
37:30What did you guys think of Henlo?
37:31I kind of got lost with the storyline, and then also, he really didn't know the words.
37:37The lip sync was just, like, not tight enough for best drag finale moment for me.
37:41The look was amazing.
37:43The effect was great.
37:44I mean, it was classic Henlo.
37:46But I agree.
37:47I didn't understand the story.
37:49Well, I understood it perfectly.
37:50I don't know why you all were struggling.
37:52I knew exactly who he was from the second he stepped on the stage.
37:56His looks are always super, super strong, and he always thinks of them from head to toe.
38:00But sometimes he gets a little bit caught up in the craftsmanship and the look that he forgets about the
38:05showmanship.
38:06Because when you're doing drag, it's like 50% looks, but also 50% performance.
38:10And I think that he might have sacrificed a little bit of the performance side today.
38:14It feels a lot like summer camp in that, like, no one except the people who were there are really
38:18going to understand what it was like.
38:20Henlo, I love you.
38:22DVD, I love you.
38:25Mo, I love you.
38:27All right, let's talk about Dick Van Dyke.
38:29Dick is just so confident.
38:33I mean, I'm a professional.
38:35Period.
38:36I think it's really crazy that he chose to do stand-up.
38:39Like, the instruments and the artistry and just so many things he can do.
38:43So even though I enjoyed it, I want to see everything.
38:45It was so effortless.
38:47He made it look so easy.
38:48So that is a really hard thing with comedy, to make it look like he's just speaking off the cuff
38:53and nailing the punchlines.
38:55Yeah, and you can also tell, too, that it was an authentic story.
38:58Because when you tell the truth, you don't have to guess.
39:00So he was able to, like, just keep going.
39:02I thought it was great.
39:03I was not excited about the look.
39:06Throw some rhinestones.
39:07Give us a pop.
39:08It's drag.
39:09I just want glitter.
39:10Like, rhinestones, look at you.
39:12What they don't do, Tenderoni makes up for.
39:15Yeah, literally.
39:16I'm like, throw some at him.
39:17Like, if you're going to do 70s, make it Vegas 70s or something.
39:21Yeah.
39:22Okay, let's talk about King Molasses.
39:24There was never a dull moment at all in Molasses' performance.
39:28Every movement was so thoughtful and thought out.
39:32And I never wondered where it was going.
39:34Fully in it, the second I see his face on that stage, I'm just like, take me there, baby.
39:39And I love that.
39:41I just think he got the juice.
39:42It's like, you know when you see something and you're like, oh, my God.
39:44Like, it's like a star power that he has.
39:47To me, that personal touch of his family and his heritage, he's a total star.
39:53All right, everyone.
39:54Destiny awaits.
39:55Let's find out what it is.
39:56Who's Destiny?
39:57Oh.
39:57Oh.
39:59Oh, showbiz?
40:00Oh, showbiz!
40:04Kings, welcome back.
40:06You are the top three finalists out of hundreds and hundreds of applicants.
40:12I want you to pause for a minute and be proud of yourself, okay?
40:15We have thrown so much at you, and you are still the last Kings.
40:21Yeah!
40:24It's time for the court's royal decree.
40:28I got no negative feedback, not even really ambivalent.
40:34I'd say it's probably one of the best sweeps I've had in the competition.
40:39Tenderoni!
40:41We have decided.
40:42The beauty and drawback of art sports is that it is deeply subjective.
40:47That this is who I am.
40:49Is this going to be my last moment in the fight?
40:51Or is this going to be the moment that I ascend?
40:53The king we are not sending through to the final challenge is...
40:59I never thought I would get an opportunity to be here at all,
41:03so I feel very secure in this being an experience for the sake of itself,
41:09and I don't need external validation more than that.
41:17Hello, bullfrog.
41:20It was just within my grasp, and then it wasn't, and that's okay, but it still sucks.
41:31At this point, we're just splitting hairs, so I don't want anyone to feel bad on this stage,
41:35because you guys all brought an amazing, amazing performance.
41:38The three different styles of drag that you guys bring forward,
41:42this was a perfect end cap to this season.
41:45Thank you, guys.
41:47Henlo, bullfrog, you made it to the top three.
41:50What an achievement.
41:52Give yourself a round of applause, please.
41:57I'm thrilled for Dick and Moe.
41:59I'm proud of you.
42:00I'm proud of you too late.
42:01I love these guys.
42:03Like, how can I not be happy for them?
42:04Oh, my God, it's so much.
42:06Top three is something I can take back to Philly with pride.
42:10Henlo, before you go, do you have any parting words?
42:13Yes, it is never too late to become who you want to be and go beyond your wildest dreams.
42:20I know I have.
42:22Also, Dad, I brought your art and music to the world.
42:27Everybody's gotten to hear your voice.
42:29Everything I am is because of you, and I know I've made you proud, so thank you for everything.
42:35Thank you, Henlo.
42:36Please take a seat with your fellow kings.
42:39Henlo!
42:42Henlo!
42:43Henlo!
42:44Henlo!
42:44I get to share that it's okay to be weird.
42:47It's okay to be vulnerable.
42:49It's okay to follow your heart and bear your soul, even if it's uncomfortable or a little embarrassing.
42:57You can cry when you need to.
42:59You can stumble and then show people your integrity in how you pick yourself back up.
43:08I'm so proud of me.
43:10I'm so proud of me.
43:13Dick Von Dyke and King Molasses, you will be competing in the final battle.
43:22Please head back to the man cave to prepare.
43:26Thank you so much.
43:27I love you.
43:28I love it.
43:30Thank you, Dick.
43:31I love it.
43:32I want to thank our special guest judge, Cole Escola.
43:36Woo!
43:37Woo!
43:37They are so sought after.
43:41The toast of Hollywood and New York City that they have to get to an engagement, otherwise known as a
43:48grinder match.
43:49You don't understand how anything works.
43:51Bye.
43:52Bye, Cole.
43:53Bye.
43:54Bye, Cole.
43:58Yeah, I'm a real king.
44:15For the final battle of King of Drag, our top two kings will engage in a lip sync battle to
44:23our theme song, King, by Frankie Simone.
44:26We have a very special surprise guest for the final battle.
44:31Please welcome actress, reality star, best-selling author, podcast host, and all-around icon, Lisa Rinna.
44:46Lisa, the last time I saw you, we were filming Counts of the Way and Feeling, Giovanni.
44:51We are so excited you are here.
44:54Great to be here.
44:54Your drag look is amazing.
44:57Do you like it?
44:57Holy f***.
44:58Tens across the board.
45:00Yeah, thank you.
45:02Yeah, thank you.
45:04All right, our kings have been sequestered and the man came preparing.
45:08Let's check in on their blood pressure levels.
45:13Hello.
45:14Miss you, buddy.
45:16As a person who likes to be prepared, I feel like I'm prepared for every scenario except this.
45:22I'm immediately getting into game mode for the next challenge because that's why we're all here.
45:30I'm feeling fatigued ten times beyond any performance scenario I've ever been in in my life.
45:38God, how am I supposed to lip sync next to King Molasses?
45:41I feel extremely confident in my ability to give the judges an incredible show.
45:49But I'm also looking over at DVD and seeing them as a threat.
45:54His fighting spirit is just undeniable.
45:57This is my time.
45:58I have to get ready.
45:59I've studied for this.
46:00I've trained for this.
46:01I do brunches where we'll do three shows back to back.
46:04I know what it's like to be performing when you're exhausted.
46:07I'll be fine.
46:07I can do this.
46:18Ready, kids?
46:20Aye, aye, captain.
46:21The moment we've all been waiting for is finally here.
46:27It's King Molasses versus Dick Von Dye duking it out for the crown and the title of the first ever
46:35king of drags.
46:37All I need to do is just find a way to quiet my mind.
46:42This moment could change my life.
46:44Look at that ears!
46:45I'm feeling like really confident.
46:48I'm pretty fired up.
46:50It's time for the sword fight.
46:52Our lip sync battle starts now.
46:55Yeah!
46:59You never had nothing quite like me.
47:03Say what you kind of.
47:04I'm a real king.
47:06You're in the presence of royalty.
47:09Come on and get it.
47:10I'm a real king.
47:12Get the world up.
47:13In your bubble bath.
47:15Tie your head up.
47:16You just look up there.
47:18Swappin' right of yourself.
47:19Yeah, it's good for your health.
47:21Don't need nobody else.
47:22Or maybe we share in the world.
47:24Cause I'm crystal warm, knocking on my door.
47:26I'm not gonna open my mind cause I'm ready to go.
47:29I know I'm worth it.
47:31They can't stop me.
47:32They can't stop me.
47:34I'm gonna love it.
47:36You never had nothing quite like me.
47:39Say what you kind of.
47:40I'm a real king.
47:42Yeah, you're in the world of royalty.
47:45Come on and get it.
47:46I'm a real king.
47:49I'm a real king.
47:50Nothing but you kind of.
47:52I'm a real king.
47:56Come on, I'm a real king.
47:58Yeah, I'm a real king.
48:04We're trying to get extra.
48:06We like them haters talk.
48:07We don't want the world.
48:08We're looking for you, babe.
48:10Leave my heart with death.
48:11Got it, float it.
48:13Got it, float it.
48:15Right between your thighs.
48:16It's where your power lies.
48:18Crystal warm, knocking on my door.
48:21I'm not gonna open my door.
48:22I'm not gonna open my door.
48:22Let's go, baby.
48:23I know I'm not gonna open it.
48:25They can't stop me.
48:26They can't stop me.
48:28I'm gonna love it.
48:29You never had nothing quite like me.
48:32Say what you kind of.
48:34I'm a real king.
48:35You're in the world of royalty.
48:37Come on, you can't.
48:40Yes.
48:40I'm a real king.
48:42Yeah.
48:44Yeah.
48:46I'm a real king.
48:47I'm a real king.
48:48Woo-ooh.
48:50Come on again, you're a real king.
48:52You're a real king.
48:53Eat that up.
48:54Yes!
48:55Whoo!
48:58What's up?
48:59Oh, my God.
49:01Oh, my God.
49:01Oh.
49:02Yes.
49:02Hit it, baby.
49:03Let's go.
49:04Whoo!
49:06Whoo!
49:06Whoo!
49:07Whoo!
49:08What you tell him?
49:09What you doing?
49:11Ha, ha, ha, ha.
49:12Yeah!
49:13Whoo!
49:16Whoo!
49:19You're in the brothers' love.
49:20Ro, ro, ro, ro, ro, ro.
49:21Come on and get it.
49:23I'm a real king.
49:25Whoo!
49:26I'm a real king.
49:28Say what you can.
49:29I'm a real king.
49:31You're in the brothers' love.
49:33I'm a real king.
49:34Come on and get it.
49:35I'm a real king.
49:38King.
49:39Whoo!
49:42King!
49:42King!
49:43King!
49:44King!
49:45King!
49:45King!
49:46King!
49:46I wish I felt a little more confident than I do right now.
49:51That uncertainty is in my head because people were reacting to DVD.
49:57And now that it's done, I'm quickly trying to figure out where the line is of where he may have
50:03gotten me.
50:03The little anxious thoughts are like, they're starting to come in a little bit.
50:08Whoo!
50:10I have no idea how my performance went.
50:13I think I blacked out the whole time, so I hope you guys liked it.
50:16Like, I remember walking out and all the other contestants ogling me, which I loved.
50:23And that got me over the edge.
50:24But I hope it's great.
50:25I don't remember it.
50:28Thank you, King Molasses and Dick Von Dyke.
50:32You're both class acts, and I am proud to be sharing the stage with you right now.
50:38But we only have one crown.
50:43The winner of King of Drag will receive a crown and scepter from Fierce Drag Jewels,
50:49a custom suit courtesy of Sharp Suiting, talent management with Queer Up Agency,

51:08And $10,000 in cold hard cash from RevRate.
51:22The royal court has made their decision.
51:25Tenderoni, before I announce the winner, any feedback for our final kinks?
51:31What an amazing lip sync.
51:33There was horns.
51:34There was reveals.
51:35We were gooped and gagged.
51:36This was a really hard decision to make.
51:39No matter what happens tonight, you are both superstars.
51:43The winner of season one...
51:49of King of Drag is...
51:55Aw, guys, you know we gotta do this.
51:58Time for a commercial break.
52:00Watch out!
52:01Watch out!
52:03Yeah, I'm a real king.
52:05Yeah, I'm a real king.
52:11Now it's the moment you've been waiting for.
52:15Give me a drumroll!
52:21Deserve is kind of a hard word for me.
52:23I definitely do deserve to be the winner of King of Drag.
52:27I am really proud of getting to a point where I can say that I have great taste.
52:34Because I worked, and I'm still working extremely hard.
52:38The first ever King of Drag is...
52:47I'm grateful to have made it as far as one can make it.
52:52I feel like I've already won.
52:53And like, me puking on the floor would be worth it.
53:02King Molasses!
53:05Woo!
53:10Woo!
53:11Woo!
53:12Woo!
53:12Woo!

53:17Woo!
53:17Woo!
53:17Woo!
53:17Woo!
53:18Woo!
53:18Woo!
53:20This is the first Drag King competition of its kind, and to have won it.
53:25It's kind of out of this world, the type of recognition
53:28that that is really just across the board,
53:31across the country, across the world,
53:33across drag at large.
53:35It's also...chill.
53:39You blew us all away, and your attention to your craft,
53:42you have been an inspiration to me,
53:45and I know to all of the kings here.
53:47Let's hear it, boys.
53:51Before our crowning ceremony,
53:53let's give it up one last time for our runner-up,
53:56Dick Von Dyson.
54:00I am so proud of what I've done in this competition,
54:05but at the end of the day, like,
54:06Molasses has put his heart and his soul into this competition,
54:09and I am just beyond grateful to be, like, runner-up to him.
54:13You kept us all laughing,
54:15and then you showed us your abs.
54:17You're a comedy king, and you are the future of drag,
54:21and you're not going home empty-handed.
54:25You have won a custom-made wig
54:27with matching facial hair and chest piece,
54:31courtesy of Lead'em Wigs.
54:33Yeah!
54:35Whoo!
54:35Do you have any words?
54:36Thank you, Murray. I do.
54:38I grew up in Missouri,
54:40where I thought I was the only queer kid to ever have existed,
54:43and I am so proud of myself
54:46and the journey I've been on in the last few years
54:49trying to repair my relationship with the word family,
54:52and I'm proud of the strides I've made with my blood family,
54:56and I'm also really proud of the family I've made
54:59in the years I've been doing drag
55:01and also in the weeks I've been in this incredible competition.
55:04I love you guys.
55:05Thank you all so much for watching this show,
55:07and thank you for supporting Drag Kings.
55:09Thank you, Dick Von Dyke.
55:11Please pack your packer and join your fellow kings.
55:16Huzzah!
55:18I've always just been told that, like,
55:20drag kings don't belong on TV,
55:22and that's just, like, a thing that I had accepted,
55:25and I just, like, hadn't even really thought twice about it.
55:27I was like, nope, that's okay.
55:29That's what you think. Good for you.
55:31And so I never really, like, prepared for what it would feel like
55:34to be a drag king on TV
55:36because I never thought that was a possibility.
55:39To even get here feels insane.
55:41And then to get to this last leg of the competition,
55:46it just feels unreal.
55:50King Molasses, you won king of drag.
55:54How does it feel?
55:55It feels like everything, honestly.
55:57I am truly humbled,
56:00and I'm extremely grateful for this opportunity.
56:03And I just hope that you continue to watch
56:05because it's not over yet.
56:08Can I get an amen?
56:09Let's go!
56:10Amen.
56:11The time has come to crown our king.
56:15Tenderoni! The crown, please!
56:19Oh!
56:23Oh, looking good.
56:26Thank you, my tall brother.
56:29Thank you, Mary.
56:30King Molasses, please take a knee.
56:32It is my absolute honor to crown thee
56:37the first ever king of drag.
56:45I competed at my best, and I competed with the best
56:51to get the incredible love and support
56:55and constructive criticism from the judges,
56:59from my peers, from Murray.
57:01And what I have gained from this competition
57:04is truly priceless.
57:07I didn't need a crown.
57:09Molasses, do you have any words for your kingdom?
57:12Yes.
57:16Thank you so much to everybody
57:18who believed in me
57:21and believed in us
57:23and believed in kings.
57:25We are kings not because we want to be men,
57:29not because we want to be masculine,
57:31and not because we want power.
57:33It's because we want room.
57:35It's because we want freedom and liberation.
57:38So thank you,
57:39and I'll see you all very soon.
57:45While in this moment with people
57:47who are celebrating us,
57:49while this crown feels warm and positive,
57:53there is also the sense of responsibility
57:55that comes with it.
57:57I don't take that lightly.
57:58I know that I will have to be a front-facing person.
58:01I have to now represent this crown.
58:04The next big thing,
58:05what is in my headphones,
58:07is going to be on path
58:08to ensuring our visibility
58:10as an entire kingdom.
58:12One last time.
58:14One, two, three.
58:16Long live the game!
58:22The tide is turning in a favor.
58:27Rapidly removing boundaries.
58:31Don't float your hopes and dreams
58:33on fairy tale or fallacy.
58:35Let him go.
58:37Let him go.
58:38Let him go.
58:39He is not your king.
58:42He is not my king.
58:46Let him go.
58:48Let him go.
58:51Let him go.
58:52Don't float your hopes and dreams
58:53on fairy tale or fallacy.
58:55Let him go.
58:57Let him go.
58:59Let him go.
58:59He is not your king.
