Todai mining cryptoy's video is a full blown GPU Mining on Windows Tutorial. Mining Pearl specifically. Along with a full exclusion folder guide. The state of GPU Mining in 2026 has been looking much better. We are very thankful that we are seeing profits from mining Pearl. Getting hands on with GPU Mining Rigs again has been amazing for my mental health!

We hope this video can help at least 1 new person get into GPU Mining or Crypto in general! We are stacking sats ($PRL & BTC in this case) & prepping for the next Crypto Bull Run. (I think we are close!!)

Thank you all so much for the support!! (uploaded 06/20/26).

Welcome to New England Crypto, my name is Matthew, & we are a Crypto Mining Family!

**thank you

00:00to show the hidden icons.
00:02That shield icon is your windows security.
00:05Double clicking it opens the dashboard.
00:08Click on Virus and Threat Protection.
00:10Go down to Virus and Threat Protection Settings and click Manage Settings.
00:16Scroll all the way down to the bottom of that page until you see the Exclusions header,
00:20and click Add or Remove Exclusions.
00:23Click the big Add an Exclusion button, select Folder from the drop down, navigate to your
00:29desktop, and choose that Cryptex Miner folder that we just made.
00:34Now Windows knows to completely leave this folder alone.
00:37When you download the Cryptex Miner v5, save it directly inside this folder to prevent
00:42Windows from deleting your mining software.
00:45Alright now open your browser and head over to Cryptex.com.
00:49The easiest way I've found to do this is on the dashboard.
00:52Scroll all the way down to the bottom and click Cryptex Miner.
00:56Go up and click Download Cryptex Miner.
01:00When the Save As window pops up, navigate to that brand new Exclusion folder that we just
01:05set up on the desktop, and save that new mining file directly in there.
01:10Be patient and let it finish.
01:14Open it up when it's ready.
01:17Here's the old Windows Protected popup.
01:20Go ahead and click Run Anyway.
01:22Once the download finishes, it launches automatically.
01:26Cryptex v5 is completely different from older versions.
01:29There is no setup wizard.
01:30It immediately opens and asks you to sign in.
01:34Go ahead and enter your account info so you get paid for your hashes.
01:38Or create an account if you don't already have one.
01:41The moment you sign in, Cryptex gets right to work and actually starts mining automatically
01:45using a quick start profile.
01:47It's a great beginner feature, but before you walk away we have to fix a hidden trap.
01:52Even though we saved the app to our save folder, Cryptex silently downloaded the actual third-party
01:57miners like XMRig and SRBminer into a hidden folder on your computer.
02:02If we don't tell Windows to ignore that folder too, Windows Defender will eventually delete
02:07them and break your setup.
02:08But first things first, like any sane person, we check the hashrate, we go into the settings,
02:15and we go to dark mode.
02:18Save those eyes baby, much better.
02:23Back into Virus and Threat Protection, we're going to click Manage Settings, and then go
02:28down to Add or Remove Exclusions.
02:30Add a new folder exclusion, type the % sign, the word appdata, and another % sign.
02:39Then hit enter.
02:41Find the Cryptex folder, select it, and you are officially protected.
02:47Now that your miners are safe, if you want to move past the default quick start and perfectly
02:51optimize your profits for your specific hardware, just head into the settings to run the full
02:56extended benchmark.
03:16Once all that finishes, you get this incredibly clean interface.
03:20We can see our GPU stats live, and right now, it is pointing our hashrate at the profitable
03:25Perl network.
03:27Now if you want to maximize your passive income, you don't just want to run your gaming PC
03:31at stock settings.
03:32It pulls too much power and generates unnecessary heat.
03:36Traditionally we had to use external tools like MSI Afterburner to dial in our clocks, but
03:41one of the best new features in Cryptex V5 is that it has a native GPU overclocking menu
03:47built right into the app.
03:49By clicking that gear settings icon next to your GPU and selecting the Perl network, you can
03:54customize your settings.
03:56For an algorithm like Perl, bumping up the core clock and locking the memory clock offset
04:00can keep your system running cool, incredibly efficient, and wicked quiet.
04:05What makes this completely foolproof for beginners is that you can set overclocking profiles for
04:10each GPU and each coin individually.
04:13The second Cryptex switches algorithms, it will automatically apply your saved profile behind
04:17the scenes.
04:19Once you dial in your numbers, you don't even have to guess if it works.
04:23Cryptex lets you run a 3 minute targeted test right from the GPU settings menu to make sure
04:27your rig is stable before you even walk away.
04:30This is a huge W for Cryptex.
