00:08He marked out the shape, built the timber frame and lined it with black membrane.
00:12At first it looked like nothing more than a half-finished wooden box sat in the grass.
00:15But with the cladding on, plus water, lighting and steam, it suddenly became a proper little hot tub in the
00:20garden.
00:21The neighbours went quiet after that.
00:22But we weren't done yet.
00:24Next up were the old pallets knocking about the garden.
00:26Of course, they had a laugh about those too, so I thought, right.
00:30Let's show them how wrong they are.
00:31Built up the pallets, fixed on the roof and painted the whole lot, bit by bit.
00:35Then came the cushions, the flowers, the fairy lights, all the little details.
00:38By the end, it didn't look like knackered old pallets anymore.
00:41It was a proper cosy garden lounge, absolutely full of flowers.
00:44That's when the laughing well and truly stopped.
00:46Finally, I had one more idea.
00:48A frog-themed garden path.
00:49Of course, she laughed again.
00:51She said, way too much work.
00:52So I proved her wrong.
00:53I prepped the ground, poured the concrete and added the frog moulds.
00:56Once it had set, I painted them yellow with black spots and added a few little lights.
01:00The plain path turned into the cutest frog-themed walkway.
