The Office of the Ombudsman said Thursday, July 2, that eight former Marines gave consistent and categorical accounts regarding alleged money deliveries to former House Speaker Martin Romualdez and former party-list Representative Zaldy Co.
Assistant Ombudsman Mico Clavano noted the statements were separated into individual affidavits to ensure accuracy, but emphasized only the courts can decide credibility. He added the documents are still unsigned and not under oath, so they cannot yet be treated as official evidence. (via Jel Santos | MB)
