00:33And what is important in respect of that was, one, there is a lesson that we can pronounce on as

00:47that countries tended to, during the COVID-19, to become nationalistic.
00:54And therefore, for the world to depend on few countries or companies that are producing
01:03or that even have the technological competence to produce vaccines, in this case, for COVID,
01:13but also broadly to respond to health emergencies in future, it is too risky.
