00:06:46But in reality, it's a team.
00:06:48So we're all functioning as a coherent one.
00:06:51And the key thing about a CE5 team is that it's coherence in higher consciousness, but also in action.
00:07:00Meaning that the consciousness, thought, action all flow from that field of coherence.
00:07:05How I view this is the singularity of pure consciousness and the contact we have and the remote viewing experiences
00:07:11we have in consciousness.
00:07:13Or anything we're seeing is intended for everyone here.
00:07:18This is an ambassador group.
00:07:20So we're not here to, you know, sort of pick and choose among civilizations.
00:07:26We're here to welcome all civilizations and to introduce them to humanity and to be the points of contact from
00:07:34humanity to their people.
00:07:35Since there's no government on the planet doing this.
00:07:39And so we're now taking that role as volunteers without any sort of authority.
00:07:46We don't have authority to do it, per se.
00:07:49But we have the authority by nature of the birthright of being conscious, intelligent beings.
00:07:55So there's no governmental authority, but we don't need it.
00:07:58And I know that, you know, when the head of Army Intelligence threatened me in 92, he said, you don't
00:08:02have a right to do this.
00:08:03I said, I don't need your permission.
00:08:05I'm a denizen of the universe.
00:08:08I'm a free person.
00:08:09You should all view yourselves as people fulfilling that destiny of being an ambassador to these civilizations for universal peace.
00:08:18Because as we do this together coherently, it's modeling it in the deep consciousness that all humans share.
00:08:26So that then all humans can do it easily.
00:08:29It opens the path and sort of clears it for people we'll never meet.
00:08:35So that's really another thing to realize.
00:08:37We're actually going to be up at this site we've never been at before.
00:08:39We saw it one evening for half an hour just so I could get my mind around it.
00:08:45And it's an amazing site.
00:08:48But we've never done CE5 there.
00:08:51But it's a sacred Native area.
00:08:53So you know Native Americans did this.
00:08:55They sat in circle and they shared and they had contact with the people from the stars.
00:09:01I mean even where we live, Shenandoah, like Shenandoah National Park, which we can see from our house in Virginia.
00:09:08That means daughter of, beautiful daughter of or from the stars.
00:09:13So this is very much in the tradition of the Native people all over this area.
00:09:21So what we have to do is take care of our inner heart and mind, prepare to have any level
00:09:28of contact happen,
00:09:29and let the ET know that however they appear, whether we're touched, whether we hear tones,

00:10:03So as the week goes on, we're going to do some more advanced techniques in remote viewing,
00:10:10meditation techniques, different practices in the afternoon,
00:10:14and the evenings will be dedicated to actually then practicing CE5 contact.
00:10:25The last time I was out here, I felt a magical presence,
00:10:30and when I got home, it carried through to several weeks after I got home.
00:10:35So when I saw the invitation to come back out, I just said,
00:10:38you know what, I'm going to give it another shot.

00:10:45and what brings me out here is, like I mentioned today, actually,
00:10:48I've had contact my whole life.

00:14:34There's so many trans-dimensional objects that are lighting up and coming on and off out here,

00:14:49I also am intuiting this area, out here in this desert, has several ET craft and beings that are out
00:14:59observing.
00:15:00But I keep seeing a lot of, like, scintillating, sparkling light.
00:15:06And again, to remind you, it's not about English words the way we think of it.
00:15:11Think of the entire, all the tonality of the Sanskrit is like a continuous mantra.
00:15:20And feel it, hear it and feel it.
00:15:25And it's really cleansing.
00:15:28The puja actually unwinds out of the Akashic record and purifies the area, all negativity.
00:15:36It's very, very powerful.
00:15:39So it totally clears to the pure state.
00:15:49Here's what has to happen.
00:15:51It's like that song, Free Your Mind.
00:15:55All of us have grown up in a culture of duality, division, and hatred and war.
00:16:02Thousands of years of it.
00:16:04The extraterrestrial civilizations, they're not interested in people.
00:16:08Who are buying into that duality.
00:16:11Because in order to be interstellar, you have to have reached a point of understanding the ineffable oneness of the
00:16:20conscious, cosmic, holographic universe.
00:16:24And the fact that each of us are awake and the ray of consciousness that makes us conscious is actually
00:16:31singularly one with the unbounded.
00:16:34There's no separation.
00:16:40They're at a level that, in consciousness, even though they have spacecraft and planets, would be a planetary correlation to
00:16:50that realm of that dimension of the celestial.
00:16:55So, and actually, I think in many ancient texts, there are people who've had experience with actual celestial or angelic,
00:17:04but then if they have an experience with some of these very advanced ET civilizations, they may then show a
00:17:11craft or something.
00:17:12But, and of course, they didn't understand particularly this cosmology.
00:17:18And then it gets put into scripture in a way that doesn't make a distinction.
00:17:25But it's because there's so much overlap.
00:17:28So that level of civilization, even though they're physical and from another planet and have spacecraft, they're at a level
00:17:37in consciousness that is the same as the level of consciousness of that celestial, highest celestial realm.
00:17:47And what some people call the level of the angelic realm, where people who've had experiences with that realm often
00:17:54will speak of this sort of just beautiful, almost divine fragrance.
00:18:04During Dr. Greer's sessions, he invites his members to share experiences that they had the night prior while practicing the
00:18:13protocol, CE5.
00:18:21I was facing north, and I felt like there was this mist all the way around most of the circle,
00:18:29at least half of it, where I felt that there, it was almost like they were hiding out in the
00:18:35mist.
00:18:35They were all hanging out there and coming in and out though.
00:18:40I just felt it really strongly, different groups.
00:18:44That's happened hundreds and hundreds of times.
00:18:46So it's very important to notice what I call a thickening of the air, where it looks like it's a
00:18:53fog or a mist or a thickening.
00:18:56Because what that is, is an energy, the energy of a craft or a being that isn't 3D, but it's
00:19:06in this dimension enough that it's altering and creating an energy field that looks to us with our naked eye,
00:19:13like a mist or a little discreet fog area around us.
00:19:20And I'll give you an example.
00:19:22One time in Colorado, in Crestone, we were meditating and it was very clear and it's out in the Rockies,
00:19:32in the Sangre de Cristo mountains.
00:19:34And all of a sudden we all looked around and there was circumferential around us, what looked like, at ground
00:19:43level, a big toroi, like a mist.
00:19:47And we immediately, and very subtly you could see light and movement in it.
00:19:53But you could walk right through it.
00:19:55And it was like, what an unusual fog, quote unquote, in a dry desert.
00:19:59Okay.
00:20:00So, we're meditating and everyone has the whole series of experiences unfold.
00:20:06Where there's contact that happened, it's both in consciousness, all kinds of tones and electronics start communicating.
00:20:16So, it was just at least an hour or two that this was there.
00:20:21And we just stayed with it.
00:20:23Now, over by a little hotel that was out in the San Luis Valley where a lot of our team
00:20:31was staying,
00:20:32the cooks and the people who had served dinner before we went out had just finished cleaning up and they
00:20:38were outside having a break.
00:20:40I think they were having a cigarette break.
00:20:42And they looked over.
00:20:44Now, they didn't know where we were, but we then put this together.
00:20:48They looked over and what they saw, because they were at some distance, was a very large ET craft.
00:20:57And from their perspective, they could see all the lights going around it and all this.
00:21:02And they got other people from the hotel staff to see this.
00:21:06When people came in that night, this story was related to them.
00:21:11But all that staff were so freaked out, they quit and left the next day, left the valley.
00:21:18Right.
00:21:18That is how real it was.
00:21:20So, that's a true story.
00:21:22And so, when you see something like that, it's important to share it, make note, but then connect to it.
00:21:27Instead of just stopping with the connection, say, then you can connect with consciousness and remote view in consciousness.
00:21:36What's in that area of mist?
00:21:38What's in that spherical area that may come into your room?
00:21:41What's, you know, and when you do that, then you might discover exactly what it is.
00:21:47But it's a very, it's significant.
00:21:49And, you know, 32 years of doing this, this kind of experience with these, it looks like a weather phenomenon,
00:21:56but it's this stain there.
00:21:58It's pretty amazing.
00:22:02Serenity and ascension and understanding the narrative of universal consciousness and awakening is the path to ultimate knowledge.
00:22:11While others, I'll try and deceive a pathway to suppression and cover up to stop humanity from reaching the golden
00:22:20age of enlightenment.
00:22:25And what these covert programs want you to believe is that there are the good aliens and the bad aliens.
00:22:30And the good aliens are this and the bad aliens are that.
00:22:33It's all stagecraft.
00:22:34That's the term used at the CIA.
00:22:36And people don't want to hear this, but I will tell you, if you think that there are civilizations allowed
00:22:43out of their solar system, technologically, that have malice and hostility and all that, and are in our environment, you're
00:22:54wrong.
00:22:54Flat out, I'm just going to tell you, you got to free your mind of that because the extraterrestrial civilizations
00:22:59are not interested in you.
00:23:02I'm being blunt here because I'm an emergency doctor.
00:23:05If you have a brain tumor, I'm not going to say you got a migraine.
00:23:07And this is, this is the, this is deterministic.
00:23:11Your consciousness and your belief system is deterministic as to whether or not these civilizations want to make contact with
00:23:20you.
00:23:22Now, a lot of people say, well, they're all great, except there was one or two.
00:23:26I said, really, would you introduce us to them?
00:23:29Why do I say that?
00:23:31First of all, it's not true, but you can't prove a negative.
00:23:34So what I say to people, if there are civilizations, one or more, that are an existential threat or hostile
00:23:42to humanity and the earth,
00:23:46if you're a sincere ambassador to the universe, which is what this is, you want to make contact with them
00:23:53first.
00:23:54You want to be part of an initiative to do any conflict resolution.
00:23:59I'm saying if there isn't.
00:24:01Now, the things that are actually tricking everyone are things that have been set up since the fifties.
00:24:07I'll give you a date, 1953.
00:24:10I have a document from the CI Director Smith Psychology Review Board about the psychological warfare implications of the UFO
00:24:19subject.
00:24:20The pathway to disclosure and getting to a level one society has been an ongoing battle for Dr. Greer,
00:24:28who has been targeted by people high in government positions and black budget programs,
00:24:33who do not want this information in the public conscious for fear they would lose their grip on power and
00:24:40control.
00:24:41Major General Bert Stubblebine of the U.S. Army knew about Dr. Steven Greer's ability to communicate with extraterrestrials.
00:24:51Stubblebine offered Greer a deal, keep his abilities secret from the public.
00:24:59Here's the problem with you.
00:25:01I said, I've had contact with these civilizations so you can't deceive me with your little side games.
00:25:08You know, the reptilians, the evil aliens, Star Wars and galaxies and the greys and abductions and mutilations.
00:25:16I said, that whole freak show, I know what you're doing.
00:25:19You just look.
00:25:21So you can't deceive me.
00:25:22Number two, I'm not rich but I'm well off enough as a doctor.
00:25:25You can't buy me off.
00:25:26Even though a month later he tried to, he thought, well, two billion dollars will buy off the son of
00:25:31a bitch.
00:25:31And I said, no.
00:25:33And number three, when I was 17 I died.
00:25:37And I learned there is no death.
00:25:39And I hadn't experienced, so I'm, you can't scare me.
00:25:43You can't intimidate me.
00:25:45He sat there like this and went, we know exactly who this son of a bitch is.
00:25:50Like that.
00:25:51I said, yeah.
00:25:52So what do you want to do about it?
00:25:53You want to get on the dance floor?
00:25:54Let's get on the dance floor right now.
00:25:56This is in a hotel room at two or three in the morning if it took me to this place.
00:26:00You know, when I'm challenged, that's how I am.
00:26:03It's like, you tap on me, I'm going to lay you down.
00:26:06You know, energetically.
00:26:07I'm not physically violent.
00:26:09But he got the message.
00:26:12And so did all of them.
00:26:13So that is the kind of thing I tell people.
00:26:16Now that comes from not sort of any machismo.
00:26:19It could be a man or a woman.
00:26:21It comes from this kind of courage that this frail little guy named Gandhi had or Martin Luther King or
00:26:26any other people who they knew.
00:26:29I mean, I know a lot of people in the civil rights movement.
00:26:31They would do a march and they didn't know if they'd be come home that day, if they'd be alive
00:26:35or dead.
00:26:36Right.
00:26:37Ordinary people.
00:26:38As I grew up in the South, I grew up in the 50s, 60s.
00:26:41So that is what is needed, even though I know it's very unpopular and anachronistic to talk about self-sacrifice,
00:26:52courage, self-abnegation, the love and the courage to do the right thing, even if it doesn't benefit you selfishly.
00:27:03These are very eternal values, but they're very out of vogue in the last 40, 50 years.
00:27:10Dr. Greer says one of the most things they are most terrified of is the communication with interdimensional and extraterrestrial
00:27:18beings, because that would allow mankind into a world that isn't controlled by a transnational faction of power.
00:27:26Five million people a year die from just air pollution particulate in these polluted cities, all avoidable.
00:27:33That's all murder, because with knowledge of forethought, the solutions for that are withheld.
00:27:38So let's call this out for what it is.
00:27:41But see, since the people aren't thinking about that, they're only reacting to these spectacular conflicts, like Rwanda, which was
00:27:48horrible.
00:27:50Where 700,000, 800,000 people were chopped up by machetes, genocidally.
00:27:54But I'm talking about something worse that just isn't, it's sub rosa.
00:28:00I mean, it's sort of beneath the radar.
00:28:02And so to fix a problem that extensive, it really has to be a large number of humans with the
00:28:12ETs together.
00:28:14That's what the CE5 initiative is.
00:28:16That's what CE5 contact is.
00:28:18This is really, I'm glad you asked the question, this is the heart of what we're doing.
00:28:22Really.
00:28:24And that is an act of love, to do that.
00:28:27Even if it's dangerous and risky.
00:28:29I mean, most CE5 team members are not going to be in any kind of risk like that at all,
00:28:34whatsoever.
00:28:34But there is an element where that's going to be, you know, has been needed.
00:28:42And I think the thing that I've been most despondent about at times is people who could do so much,
00:28:49and the instant someone goes, boo, tail between the legs, they run the other way.
00:28:57Well, we would all be goose-stepping to Adolf Hitler's great-grandson right now if everyone was so cowardly, you
00:29:06know, in my father's generation.
00:29:08You know, okay, so because he was born in 1916, and it was World War II veteran.
00:29:14But I think that the issue becomes, you don't have to be in a war with guns, but you have
00:29:21to be a spirit warrior in the heart of courage.
00:29:24And that is an act of love. And that is an act of service.
00:29:29Even if it isn't swinging crystals and singing kumbaya.
00:29:33All right? Which is fine also.
00:29:36But it's not that it's one or the other. We have to bring all that together.
00:29:40And it's a difficult combination because it's become such an anachronism for even someone to speak this way, you know.
00:29:49And I think, for some reason, politically incorrect. I don't know why.
00:29:54But it is.
00:29:59What draws millions of people to practice the CE5 protocol around the world?
00:30:05Some are searching for answers to humanity's biggest question.
00:30:09Are we alone? Others are simply curious, wanting to witness the phenomenon for themselves.
00:30:16They are all drawn by a desire for direct contact. A personal encounter that offers a profound shift in perspective
00:30:26from a belief to a knowing.
00:30:30People understand that, you know, just standing around and hoping to see a UFO or interact with an ET is
00:30:39completely random unless you can get into that frame of mind where they exist.
00:30:43So they exist at a higher biofrequency and a higher astral realm.
00:30:48And this whole takeaway, the key takeaway for an understanding of this subject has to do with interacting with them.
00:30:57The experiences that people feel, that's what I find most fascinating.
00:31:03It's kind of crazy when you're looking at the footage, the day afterwards in the room with Dr. Greer, we
00:31:09got 30 people looking at this evidence.
00:31:11This was the very first night and the crafts that were coming in, there were several of them.
00:31:16The energy was really strong to that northeast section.
00:31:22One came in and I only captured like one second of it.
00:31:26It flashed in and flashed out.
00:31:29And if you'll notice, it'll be over here and it's a massive craft.
00:31:38Oh, God.
00:31:40Wow.
00:31:41I got that.
00:31:41Yeah, that's what we were seeing.
00:31:44Come in just.
00:31:45It's this and then that light belongs to it.
00:31:49Can we freeze it?
00:31:50Yep.
00:31:51After it gets to us.
00:31:52Whoa.
00:31:53So that's not an aircraft, not a satellite.
00:31:56So yeah, it's one massive craft partially in this dimension.
00:31:59This is what we were seeing in the east and northeast that night.
00:32:02I kept pointing it out and so did Pat.
00:32:06But luckily, we have really great videographers here that got it.
00:32:11And then you have to go frame by frame to find these.
00:32:14Because remember, when they come into this dimension for security reasons,
00:32:17because they don't want to be hit by a weapon system, satellite weapon system,
00:32:21they can be there for a fraction, like a 58th of a second or a fraction of a second.
00:32:26And that's what you see with your eyes.
00:32:28You go, what is that?
00:32:28I just saw a flash.
00:32:29Well, you know, I mean, if it's an ARV, it'll be humming along and then abduct you.
00:32:34But an ET craft, you know, we're going to target those.
00:32:37We being our covert programs.
00:32:38And when they come, see, look at that.
00:32:40Yeah.
00:32:41So that's the edge.
00:32:43And you see more of it over as it goes down.
00:32:45So this is probably a very, very large craft.
00:32:48It was in the atmosphere.
00:32:49It wasn't way out in space.
00:32:50It was out over the desert there.

00:33:04When you see something like that, also keep in mind that if that camera has caught it, the NRO satellites
00:33:12caught it.
00:33:14By the way, the people who manage the NRO and their budget, they don't know about the neutrino light detectors.

00:33:24They had no idea those systems were there.

00:34:28top curved part was cut off.
00:34:31And you can see in a moment as he crops, it's actually very close in the desert.

00:35:18And they were just showing us, and I had been told, you know, in the meditation, you will see us

00:36:35There are teams that are extraterrestrial that try to mitigate some of the aggression, but also damage, because it's not
00:36:47just man-made things that can happen.
00:36:51It's man-made things that could then trigger very serious natural problems because of the Earth's, you know, crust and
00:37:02tectonic plates and what have you, that these civilizations are concerned about, try to monitor, surveil, and if possible, sometimes
00:37:11mitigate the problem.
00:37:15Although, you know, full mitigation could look like an alien attack and would be documented and presented as an alien
00:37:22attack from, you know, people who love death and torture.
00:37:25Like my nemesis, who, the person who's been the biggest problem, who mentored and trained Luis Elizondo, who's got a
00:37:33PhD in thanontology, the study of death and decay, and loves torture and death.
00:37:38And, you know, is a strange, very strange character.
00:37:44You know, he's one of only a couple people I've ever met on Earth.
00:37:48When you look in their eyes, there's nothing there.
00:37:50You know, Dick Cheney's one and this guy's another.
00:37:53But, yeah, that's why.
00:37:55That's very important information.
00:37:58Very accurate.
00:38:00The global rise of CE5 is a transnational government's worst nightmare.

00:39:04As it started coming closer, it was like a golden glow. It started coming towards me.
00:39:09As I get scared, I'm like, shit.
00:39:12And I knew it was E.T.
00:39:14And as I was feeling that, the orb started going the other direction, away and back in.
00:39:19And then I thought about what Greer said about, ask to see if they can come safely.
00:39:26And if it's safe for them, for them to show themselves.
00:39:29So, as I started saying that to myself, it started coming in closer and closer and closer.
00:39:33It got so close, it was just amazing.
00:39:37Using state-of-the-art camera equipment designed to film in the full nighttime spectrum,
00:39:42the lenses were set to their highest sensitivity to capture the phenomenon.
00:39:47Through the collaboration between the ambassadors and the technical crew,

00:41:31That's what all the higher states of consciousness are.
00:41:34And so, and it unfolds organically.
00:41:38And whether it does in a single lifetime or it continues to unfold as you go into the worlds of
00:41:43light, it's sort of irrelevant.
00:41:44Interesting and beautiful thing about Earth and the material cosmos is that because of the, in a sense, because of
00:41:53the pain and suffering and the travails of being in the physical world and dimension, it sort of propels people
00:42:02to transcend that suffering and seek comfort.
00:42:08It's interesting because this is why it's been called the superhighway of the development of enlightenment is to be stuck
00:42:15or in a physical body in the three dimensional universe.
00:42:19Because you're, once you're in the worlds of light, when you pass away, it's so beautiful.
00:42:24There's, and it's so effortless, there's not the impetus to reach the highest states of consciousness.
00:42:30So the blessing of being in the physical form, and all civilizations understand this, is that it actually impels, compels
00:42:40you and inspires you to seek refuge in this, you know, sheltering of infinite pure consciousness and the love of
00:42:51that.
00:42:51And it's actually the mystery of suffering, the mystery of being, suffering in a sense that's not gratuitous, but of
00:42:59just the fact of being in this dimension, in this body, in this world.
00:43:03And right now, of course, there's a lot of suffering.
00:43:06Now, that can either drag you down or you can transcend it.
00:43:09So as a child, having had terrible suffering, it led me to be able to transcend it and have these
00:43:15experiences.
00:43:15Now, I could have become, I guess, a sociopath and a criminal.
00:43:19I haven't told you what my life was like.
00:43:22It shocked you, absolutely shocking.
00:43:24Worst juvenile delinquent.
00:43:28Trouble, but that'd be an interesting little episode of some scripted series.
00:43:37The early days, you know.
00:43:41And I'm still like that.
00:43:43I mean, I'm a troublemaker.
00:43:46I'm a Shugana.
00:43:47The Yiddish.
00:43:50Whether you're a criminal or a surgeon, your path is a choice.
00:43:56But Dr. Steven Greer's experience as an emergency medical doctor have led him to a deeper belief.
00:44:04There's life in a supernatural world beyond this one.

00:44:38It's what poltergeist is or a spirit that hangs around very strongly in a house because it really hasn't moved
00:44:46on.
00:44:46And the way to have that happen is simply go in, see, say a prayer and connect that being to
00:44:55this most great light and pure consciousness and they'll go.
00:44:59I've done that in the ER. Of course, the nurses knew I was doing it. I didn't speak of it.
00:45:03They could tell I was doing it.
00:45:05When we had that poltergeist thing happen in the trauma room and the guy had just been, you know, murdered
00:45:10and was furious and started tearing up the room with everything throwing out of the cabinets and EKG turned on
00:45:17and all that.
00:45:17And knowing what I knew, I just connected to the state of the highest realm of consciousness and then the
00:45:28divine avatars and that world of light.
00:45:31And his ancestors said, take him, let him evolve, give him comfort. And I put him in that great light
00:45:37and it stopped immediately and off he went.
00:45:41So that's the other thing. I mean, that you can do that. I think there was an old medieval term
00:45:47for people when someone died to help with that, the crossing over called a consolamentum was the old term, a
00:45:53consolamentum that did that.
00:45:55And I did that for Sherry when she passed away. I was by her side and connected her to the
00:46:00most great light. And it was beautiful, very beautiful.
00:46:05So it's important, you know, even as a doctor, if someone did pass away, I did that for each and
00:46:12every person.
00:46:13But, you know, you don't talk about it. You probably lose your medical license if you do anything spiritual in
00:46:18the scientific world.
00:46:20But if you have a doctor who understands this, it's helpful and a blessing.
00:46:25The worst is disingenuousness. You know, when people take a spiritual bypass and it's called mood making and just cop
00:46:33an attitude.
00:46:34And suddenly you, you know, have a Jesus complex wearing white robes and you're the Oracle of Delphi channeling Galapa
00:46:42Boop Bop from the planet Kakaka.
00:46:43And, you know, and, you know, whatever, just the endless, you know, bullshit, you know, and I just tell people
00:46:51I'd rather deal with the, you know, you know, a prostitute on the corner and have a real conversation than
00:46:59than this sort of mood making nonsense.
00:47:02You know, I'm very earthy about it, you know, unless someone is genuinely like that, but that's, that's not the
00:47:11ones you'd ever hear.
00:47:11The genuine ones you'll never run into. And the charlatans are all the ones suck up all the oxygen out
00:47:17of the room.
00:47:18Yeah. I mean, you just have to keep it real. You know, it's okay. You know, I always tell people,
00:47:22you don't have to be perfect.
00:47:23And you don't just be who you are. Here's, here's an interesting little Zen thing.
00:47:29Unless you know who you are and you can be who you are, where you are currently, you can't advance
00:47:35because you're actually somewhere else pretending to be something you're not.
00:47:39So if you're pretending to be something you're not, you can't grow. See, where are you going? You're stuck.
00:47:47So you have to be who you are. And then once you accept who you are and you can forgive
00:47:52yourself and love yourself as you are, then you can advance.
00:47:57Okay. And, and, you know, you don't have, I love that friend I had when I was a medical resident
00:48:03said,
00:48:04you think you're a normal person screwing up when you're really a screwed up person doing very well.
00:48:12And if you knew my childhood and life story, you'd say, yeah, he's right.
00:48:17I had more baggage than a 747. And, um, the advantage I had when I was young, because it was
00:48:28unbelievable.
00:48:29I surprised, survived past, um, three or four, if you knew my background, unbelievable.
00:48:36So I had to manifest and believe that I could do something.
00:48:41And it was a long process. You know, we didn't have kindergarten unless you were rich back then.
00:48:46And when I went to first grade, I was sent home every day crying because I had been told I
00:48:51was worthless and I could never read.
00:48:53So I couldn't read. I didn't believe I could read.
00:48:56And so I was sent home in a state just complete wreck every in terror, you know, um, every day.
00:49:04And eventually I realized, Oh, I can read. Um, so, you know, you, I had to reform myself from that
00:49:11level,
00:49:12which is why I say with great confidence, you know, if I started that low, everyone else can go.
00:49:19So, you know, it, because at the level of abuse and neglect and starvation, you know, we had pica,
00:49:25I was eating cigarette ashes and minerals because we were starving as little children.
00:49:31So I tell people, you know, if you overcome that, but you overcome it because a certain point you have
00:49:38the will to,
00:49:38and you believe you can, and then you do. So it's that, you know, but if you, if I had
00:49:45believed,
00:49:45I probably would have died, you know, at a very young age, I think.
00:49:50And then I would have been diverted into utter juvenile delinquency and criminality, you know,
00:49:56because most people come from that background, end up in a gang or whatever.
00:50:00But luckily I didn't, you know, I could have, I got close, you know, when I was a adolescent boy.
00:50:07Oh boy, what trouble. Unbelievable. Huckleberry Finn or whatever it is.
00:50:16My twin sister and I would, we're so afraid of everybody.
00:50:20We would hide under the tables in our little house, the shack we grew up in.
00:50:25If anyone came near the house or to the door, shaking like monkeys, clinging to each other.
00:50:30Because when you're abused that much, you know how dogs at a pound, you know, when you rescue dogs,
00:50:34that's how they are, that's how we were. So, and you believe how shy I was.
00:50:38People go, you were shy? I said, pathologically shy as a child.
00:50:43But, you know, outgrew that. Maybe overcompensated.
00:50:48Went too far the other way.
00:50:54After experiencing a conscious connection with a divine being not of this world,
00:50:59the residual effects can manifest in their daily lives.
00:51:03As the expedition continues, they become more in tune with the universal harmony.
00:51:09The camera crew find more evidence is brought to light, showcasing the reality of this contact
00:51:15and the profound conscious communication of CE5.

00:51:23I want to emphasize some of the things that Steve has been saying, you know, several times over and over

00:55:00And then start transmitting the feeling from the heart with the scenario, the visualization
00:55:05of the scenario.

00:55:14Now that the scenario has been decided by Dr. Greer and the two ambassadors, the group
00:55:21enters a deep meditation.
00:55:24They aim to transmit conscious thought and receive telepathic information to remotely view
00:55:32the chosen scenario.
00:55:40Transmit the emotion and the scenario with our eyes open and those receiving can continue
00:55:51to receive.
00:55:52And as people share, let yourself feel whether it's accurate or not accurate.
00:56:00And continue to sense and feel the emotion and the scenario as we all share our impressions
00:56:09together.
00:56:10In a matter of moments, the impossible unfolds.
00:56:15One of the members successfully intercepts the thought, receiving a clear, remote viewing
00:56:22of the scenario.
00:56:22So now let's slowly open our eyes.
00:56:30So when the people went out to discuss what they were going to do and we were supposed
00:56:37to be getting impressions, my immediate impression was somebody had a medical condition.
00:56:43And I, that's pretty much all I got.
00:56:45Maybe the others were concerned because something could happen.
00:56:49And then when we went back into the group and people were talking about, um, I got, people
00:56:56were saying they felt joy and I also started feeling that.
00:57:00And when they walked back in, I got the feeling that it wasn't anything bad.
00:57:03It was something really positive and happy.
00:57:05So I'm in, plus I got the impression in the beginning that something happened to a woman.
00:57:10It wasn't, it didn't happen to Steve.
00:57:12It was one of the women.
00:57:12So I started thinking, okay, medical condition, something happy, something could go wrong.
00:57:19And it just popped into my head.
00:57:21It's a birth.
00:57:23Joy and love of the birth of a child, um, we were transmitting.
00:57:27I was actually experiencing that.
00:57:29And the more I thought that, the more I felt I had it.
00:57:33I usually don't share in the group.
00:57:35I'm not very outgoing, but I felt very strong that I could share this.
00:57:39And it turned out I had it.
00:57:40And I was shocked.
00:57:42I was shocked.
00:57:43I'm learning that I have more ability than I thought.
00:57:47The heart and the mind together, resonating together, can get such clear, uh, impressions.
00:57:55And then those, that feeling can then unfold to the specific of the scenario, uh, more easily
00:58:01than just intellect.
00:58:03So that's why that's a really great exercise.
00:58:05And at home you can do this, like if you have a group of even just four people, one
00:58:10can be, you can take turns.
00:58:12One being the transmitter of the emotion and the scenario and the other three receiving,
00:58:18and then take turns.
00:58:19And, you know, in an hour, you know, you could do 15 minutes, you could do it four times.
00:58:24The key thing is this, is, um, in all of this, the more accurate, the accuracy increases
00:58:30as you're in quiet consciousness and sort of in a peaceful consciousness where the intellect
00:58:36and ego is sort of quiet.
00:58:38And you're really in touch with the quiet mind within and spirit and the heart.
00:58:43And then it's much more accurate.
00:58:46Exercising the quiet consciousness has revealed accurate projections of ancient structures on
00:58:54the Moon and Mars.
00:58:55This is the story of a cover-up so profound that to speak its truth is to risk everything.
00:59:01My understanding is that it's very well documented that there were ancient structures on the Moon
00:59:08and on Mars.
00:59:10I don't know that the other planets have any physical structures, but I know the Cassini
00:59:16probe, which was back some years ago, not that long ago, I had to look at the dates up.
00:59:23The executive at Lockheed Martin headquarters out of Maryland contacted me that they had
00:59:31imaged a very large extraterrestrial space station, for lack of a better word, that was many,
00:59:38many miles across out by the rings of Saturn.
00:59:42And so we know those assets are out there.
00:59:46And the head of Army Intelligence in 92 shared with me that underneath the surface of Mars was
00:59:52an operational, currently operating extraterrestrial base of operations.
00:59:59But on top of the surface of Mars, Mark Carlotta and others at NASA Goddard, when I was there
01:00:10with them, confirmed that there were big obelisks and pyramid-shaped structures, but very old.
01:00:17They felt perhaps millions of years old from a prior civilization that had been on Mars.
01:00:25And they sort of resembled some of the very ancient structures on Earth, pyramids and obelisks
01:00:30and whatnot.
01:00:30And whether, you know, there's some reason to believe that the one was inspired or perhaps
01:00:36assisted to be made with the other, but way back, a long, long time ago.
01:00:41Obviously, most people who look at these structures, like the Great Pyramid and some of the giant obelisks
01:00:48that are in Egypt, knowing what we know now with engineering and what the historians claim
01:00:55were how they built those with pulleys and slaves pulling things on logs and things like that,
01:01:02that that that's simply not possible. The Smithsonian tried to erect one of these obelisks
01:01:08and couldn't do it, knowing everything we know about mathematics and trigonometry and engineering
01:01:13with the alleged technologies that existed in the time period they claimed they were built.
01:01:21We know that the Earth has had advanced civilizations that predate even Homo sapiens,
01:01:27since Homo sapiens, have only been around in any kind of organized way for a few hundred thousand years.
01:01:34And the earliest, Lucy, is two million years, if you believe the current science.
01:01:41So there's been a long-term involvement with extraterrestrial civilizations in our solar system.
01:01:50Humanity is approaching a great shift. We are on the brink of an enlightening new consciousness
01:01:57that could unlock abilities once thought to be only in our imagination.

01:03:23So if you look at the state of the world and the state of the suffering of the planet and
01:03:27of humanity,
01:03:28those people not privileged enough to live in a rich industrialized nation,
01:03:34then that is something, you know, it's an act of great love and compassion to take that on.
01:03:40But if you're a policymaker or if you're someone dealing with trying to maintain the status quo and order of
01:03:50society,
01:03:51you put something like this out there, boom, $700 trillion in commodity assets are worthless overnight.

01:04:03Big problem in an alleged democracy.
01:04:07So as you look at this schematic and you say,
01:04:10well, a lot of people have seen these silent triangular objects.
01:04:15Are all of those man-made? No.
01:04:20There are some that are 800 feet, you know, three football fields on a side,
01:04:24ones that we had over us in Belgium back in the early 90s when I went there.
01:04:29And when you look at these, you realize that it's very easy to deceive.
01:04:35I don't know if there are ten people in the government of the United States that you can name
01:04:43who would know anything about this, and I doubt there are ten.
01:04:47Now there's a problem, because that means that they are subject to a deceptive operation,
01:04:53what the Pentagon calls a deceptive indication and warning, which is the proper term for a false flag,
01:05:00where something could be done and it would look like it's an attack or an event or a threat from
01:05:08out there,
01:05:08and it's this clandestine, beyond black, above top secret operation who is actually deceiving everybody.
01:05:19This kind of secrecy that surpasses the Constitution, chain of command and rule of law is an existential threat to
01:05:30our country,
01:05:31to every other nation on earth, and to the future of humanity.
01:05:34Because you have people with the means and the intention to deceive.

01:07:43And so we, just like Jodie Foster said in, you know, in Contact, the movie Contact,
01:07:48it's cold and dark out there and all we have is ourselves.
01:07:51And so we seek out other life, other sentient life.
01:07:55And that's seriously fun.
01:07:57And the kids enjoy it, their adolescents enjoy it, the adults enjoy it.
01:08:01And so they're dragging us by the bootstraps to join the party.
01:08:05They were 30 people who never knew each other.
01:08:08But in just 10 days, they found a profound connection.
01:08:12Through CE5, they became one in harmony and their lives would never be the same.
01:08:19You have that power too.
01:08:21And as people share, let yourself feel whether it's accurate or not accurate.
01:08:29And continue to sense and feel the emotion and the scenario as we all share our impressions together.
