Sortie en 1969.  Synopsis : En 1909, Willie Boy, un Indien travaillant dans un ranch, arrive à Banning, en Californie, pour assister à la fête de la réserve Morongo. Il doit épouser Lola Boniface. Ce projet d'union déplaît fortement au père de la jeune fille. Pendant ce temps, le shérif Christopher Cooper fait sa cour à Elizabeth Arnold, qui est tout à la fois médecin et superintendant de la réserve. Willie décide d'enlever Lola et de l'emmener dans le Nevada. Le père de Lola les surprend tandis qu'ils s'étreignent. Le jeune homme le tue. Le crime ayant été commis sur la terre des Blancs, le meurtrier et sa belle doivent s'enfuir. Elizabeth Arnold charge Cooper de les rattraper....
