00:02M&M's might be eliminating two very popular colors of M&M's and M&M's, you know, with peanuts.
00:12Yeah, they got a problem.
00:13Now, because, you know, here we have, you know, the call for healthier foods to remove additives and remove artificial
00:19colors.
00:20And M&M's, M&M Mars, the maker of M&M's, they are jumping on the, you know, make America
00:30healthy again bandwagon here.
00:33And because of this, two iconic M&M's colors might disappear.
00:40I remember when I was a kid, this is like in the mid-1970s, I was a little kid.
00:44And I remember that they took away red M&M's.
00:49Yeah.
00:50Red M&M's were gone for years because of, like, cancer-causing red dye number two.
00:58You know, meanwhile, you'd have to, you know, inject 12 billion gallons of red dye number two daily into a
01:06lab rat in order for it to come down with cancer.
01:09Anyway, so I remember this was a big deal when I was a kid.
01:11The red M&M's, they disappeared for a long, long time before they came back with an alternative red.
01:18So what's the story here?
01:19What could disappear?

01:38So M&M's, they know how to make red, orange, and yellow without artificial dyes.
01:53Yes.
