00:01In Warsaw, a group of Ukrainian volunteers are putting together much-needed drones and
00:06camouflage netting for Ukraine's front line. More than four years after Russia's invasion,
00:11the demand for supplies is only going up. The Courage Knows No Borders Association in
00:16Poland says growing fatigue with the war is making it harder to convince people to help.
00:32The group gathers every Saturday to weave nets and assemble FPV drones at a site not
00:38far from the Russian embassy in Warsaw. Volunteers have produced some 35,000 square meters since
00:44they started in February 2023, equivalent to five football pitches. Volunteers say the project
01:05also benefits them on a psychological and social level, helping them maintain a sense of community
01:11and purpose in difficult times, supporting one another in everyday life in exile.
01:16The goals of the project are two. We will be open to our military. The second goal is the development
01:26of the population of Poland. We will show you the example of what will happen during the
01:34war. Ukrainians in Poland are also facing difficulties amid an uptick of
01:41anti-Ukrainian sentiment. At the start of the war, Poland opened its doors to people fleeing the
01:47Russian invasion. It still hosts around one million refugees, the second most in Europe.
01:52But the 2025 presidential election won by nationalist Karol Navrotsky saw a surge in anti-Ukrainian
01:59messaging. And a recent survey found that 48% of Poles support accepting Ukrainian refugees,
02:05the lowest level since the start of the war.
