00:53for I am meditations and I find them I save them to my phone and later I get on Facebook
01:02and Akram Bignan pops up because of the cookies I guess from the I am that I was searching for
01:10and as soon as I read about it I there was something inside me that I already knew I just
01:20already knew as soon as I read about it that I want it this is what I wanted I've had
01:25a lot of
01:26issues with mental health issues that I wanted to say when I took none in February that
01:37I was able to separate myself and see Melissa's thoughts in her intellect and I was able to heal from
01:49all that
01:50mental suffering that I've been going through for years and that solved all my problems so I just want to
