"Get out!" — South Korea fans slam Hong Myung-bo on return from World Cup

Hundreds of angry South Korean fans confronted former national coach Hong Myung-bo at Incheon Airport on Tuesday (June 30), chanting "get out" and waving banners criticising him and the Korea Football Association.

The backlash follows South Korea's early exit from the 2026 World Cup after losses to Mexico and South Africa left them third in Group A.
