00:04:54doesn't know a lot about the wwe one thing she does know is about the gear

00:05:29When I first got signed to the WWE, I made myself a vision board, and it wasn't any short-term
00:05:35goals.
00:05:36It was a five-year vision board that I had for myself that I knew that I could achieve.

00:06:00I'm a fan of big man wrestling, so I tried to get a little piece of everything.
00:06:06You know, obviously, the idea for the pants came from Braun Strowman.
00:06:11Um, the style was Kevin Nash, and the jacket, this is all Bray Wyatt.
00:06:23I have a lot of love for Bray Wyatt. He was probably one of my favorites.
00:06:32My dad is cooler than a million popsicles.
00:06:40Tougher than a rhino wrestler.
00:06:45Smarter than a smarty pants.
00:06:47She's done.
00:06:48I might not be that smart.
00:06:51She's 21 months, 21, but that's not adjusted.

00:07:08He was going from work, Ubering home, showering, and Ubering to the hospital while I was working six weeks after

00:07:18He was in the middle of trying to get a name and trying to just work as hard as he
00:07:24could to get on TV.
00:07:27What we were going through was a life-changing experience.
00:07:31I think as soon as she was born, like, I just, it was almost like a fire just was, like,
00:07:37reignited.
00:07:40You know, she really just helped me mature.
00:07:45I think that was the biggest part.
00:07:47I was maturing and growing up and realized that there's two other people now, like, relying on me to make
00:07:55a way for us.
00:07:56And I think that was, you know, very motivating, very helpful for me.

00:09:58This whole kind of journey started with me because I thought it was something that my dad would think was
00:10:03really cool.
00:10:04So now, thinking that he's, like, going to be able to look down on me or whatever you want to
00:10:09say,
00:10:10wrestle in Madison Square Garden is really, really cool to think about.

00:16:43There was no other way than to play with pain.
00:16:46It sucks that you got hurt, but, I mean, that's just, you need to dig somewhere right there inside of

00:16:52Like, maybe you've never been before as far as the pain and how desperate that situation is.

00:17:02It's either I go out there and give it my best that I have being in pain, or I say,

00:29:37And you also talk about back to when we were thinking about monikers for all these athletes, she called herself

00:29:42I mean, she has embraced all of this.
00:29:44But truly, how has Sterling grown since stepping foot in the ring for the first time?
00:29:48Well, she has certainly taken advantage of that knowledge that Bubba has been there for with.

00:41:38It's football, it's cheerleading, it's tumbling, it's every different walk of life that you've had
00:41:44have all come here and have been molded like pieces of clay by these legends.

00:41:52And that's been the fun part about seeing the process of that,
00:41:55seeing the philosophies put in forth by Booker T,
00:41:58seeing what the Undertaker thinks and how things should be approached.

00:58:49I want to see them succeed.
00:58:50That being said, there was a lot of trash talk early on about my coaching ability.
00:58:57And I'm just saying, when the coaches need coaching, they know where to come.

00:59:05Now that the LFG championship has been awarded, it is time to see who has earned a spot on the
00:59:11NXT roster.
00:59:13Tyra May.
00:59:15Everybody went on about the credibility of a gold medal.
00:59:20But then there were some very valid points about still needing to learn and to grow.
00:59:30And then Xena, every legend raved about your improvement.
00:59:37And then to top it off, you fighting through an injury.
00:59:44Those are the types of things that I'll tell you that legends are made of.
00:59:49But I feel like I have to do what I believe is best for NXT and NXT television.
00:59:55So, the young lady that's going to receive an NXT contract, Tyra May Steele, congratulations.

01:01:23That maybe showed, if you hear things from a professional standpoint that you don't like,
01:01:30how does that affect your judgment going forward?
01:01:35And that's something, from a business standpoint, that can be troublesome.
01:01:40Shiloh, when people talk about you, they talk about layers.
01:01:44When that comes to the creative side of putting on a television show,
01:01:48that's unbelievably appealing to those of us behind the scenes,
01:01:53because that allows us to do so much more with people that have that kind of range.
01:02:02The thing is, when it comes to being put in there and ready to go right now,
01:02:10and who can stand toe-to-toe with an NXT champion,
01:02:20it's going to be Jasper Troy.
01:02:22So, Jasper, congratulations.
01:02:30And Shiloh, understand this.
01:02:32This is a long way from being over for Shiloh Hill.
