This is a calorie-conscious recipe that makes dieting delightful, ensuring one can savor a delicious meal while staying on track with health goals.

This scrumptious Nando's inspired garlic bread burger is not only bursting with flavor but also packed with protein.

She started off by whipping up a zesty garlic butter, mixing flora lighter, garlic puree, and parsley. This garlicky goodness was then generously spread on each half of a bun.  She coated chicken breasts in Nando's medium spice for that signature kick and toasted the buns to crispy perfection.

As the adventure continued, she skillfully cooked the chicken until it was just right and grilled slices of halloumi cheese. To assemble, she layered the bottom bun with fresh lettuce, added the spiced chicken, and topped it with the grilled halloumi.

But the magic touch? A dollop of PERinaise spread on the top bun.
