00:09If you ever wanted your own lightsaber, well, guess what?
00:12You can build your own just by going to your local hardware store.
00:14The central part of the lightsaber is this long threaded rod.
00:18And then first I'm going to take this little end cap nut here.
00:21Then from there I'm going to start taking my first washer and put it on the bottom.
00:25Then we're going to take this piece here and slide it on the top.
00:28And then from here, it's just going to be a matter of sliding on extra pieces.
00:33So now you want to add a little extra color and flair.
00:36And then on top of that, I'm going to take this copper adapter here.
00:40And I think that's pretty good.
00:42So now we're going to take our final little nut here, screw that on the top.
00:46And there you go, your own hardware store lightsaber.
00:50I spent admittedly a little bit more than I'd wanted to.
00:53This was about maybe $60 worth of parts.
00:55The great thing about it is you're only limited by your imagination.
