00:22Ambulance Service is warning that hot weather can worsen existing conditions and increase
00:27the risk of dehydration, heat exhaustion and heat stroke. It is adding staff because of
00:32rising demand. People are being urged to drink plenty of fluids, avoid direct sunshine and check
00:38regularly on vulnerable relatives, neighbours and friends.
