00:04we have to start phase three now to give us any chance whatsoever of finishing this renovation
00:10on time but we haven't finished the basement yet yeah we just have to make the best of it
00:23that's all we can do with the mud on I look 25 years older it's been such a pain hasn't
00:40it this
00:40driveway it's like giving birth once it's over you don't remember the bad bits you just think oh look
00:47this is our new baby I'm ready well I don't know if I am is your weapon ready as I'll
00:56ever be
00:59hardcore Harman now that the glass doors off of the living room have arrived I'm really excited yeah one
01:11two three this is the dream this is what we hoped life in Spain would be like the frame is
01:22in there all
01:23way around I love doing things twice I'm just like one thing to be finished oh the wind is in
01:30you know
01:44as we head into the final month or so of the renovation things are starting to come together
01:50the first floor is done the pool is working and the other spaces from phase two are close to
01:59completion now working on phase three which focuses on the ground floor housing Jasmine and
02:06John's bedroom the lounge diner and the kitchen the demolition phase is well underway while he's
02:16currently away for work a few months ago John helped remove the wall to the living room and the kitchen
02:21has now also been ripped out and the wall on the entrance hall side quickly removed the most annoying
02:29thing about the new open plan space is that column it would just be so nice if it wasn't there
02:36while
02:38everyone involved has always assumed it's a load-bearing column that can't be removed Builder Quinn and the
02:43team have spotted something that should please Jasmine pretty small isn't it yeah pretty small
02:49that's really small it's definitely a concrete pole but it's not very big there couldn't be a pillar of
02:54brick it wouldn't hold any weight maybe I have to get someone to have a look at it because yeah
02:59I
03:00definitely did not expect that to be brick I got told it was a concrete column there definitely not
03:05I mean maybe I can get an engineer to have a look at it it looks like Jasmine might be
03:11able to get the
03:11completely open space she wants after all oh my gosh yeah it's pretty chaotic how's it going yeah it's
03:20going what we've discovered is this isn't actually a concrete column huh it's just brick really I think it
03:30might be a good idea if we get an engineer to come in and see if it's even necessary because
03:34I've got a
03:35feeling it's not so if we can get rid of that we can really open up the space I mean
03:39we all thought
03:40it was a column and yeah but it doesn't seem to be it's just bring it's just brick which I
03:45can't see
03:47that brick supporting you know because why would you do concrete columns everywhere else from this
03:51just yeah brick so how what's holding the house up well yeah um hope no I'm joking there's two
04:00columns I really hope that we can get rid of that column there's clearly loads of work to be done
04:08in
04:08there and with the builders now very much occupying the main living space Jasmine and the family have
04:15moved downstairs I'm just making myself a bit of lunch and down in the basement this is how we're
04:27living literally the fridge I have to go through the plastic I have to fight through all the stuff down
04:38here and the fridge is in here but I shouldn't complain I'll just be happy when this door goes on
04:49I don't have to go through a plastic sheet anymore to get to the fridge our plan was to finish
04:59everything
05:00down in the basement then move down there so that the guys could move upstairs and start taking out the
05:06kitchen and doing all the work on the ground floor everything here in the summer kind of closes down so
05:13you'll go down to like skeleton staff and for example the worktop guys they have the whole of month of
05:20August off so if we don't get our kitchen in and the templates done for the worktop before that cutoff
05:30date
05:30then we will have no worktop for the entire summer that's why we're in such a rush to get it
05:36done
05:39with the kitchen now the priority and John away Jasmine's heading into Malaga City to choose a
05:45worktop from her preferred supplier I've come to the city of Malaga today because I'm on the hunt for a
05:55kitchen worktop I think the worktop is possibly the most important decision you make in the kitchen
06:01because it's the bit that you're looking at all the time when you're chopping you know it's on top of
06:06everything else so yeah it's something that I wanted to make sure that I got it right
06:22kind of have in mind what I want I think I'm going to go something quite light in color because
06:27the
06:27kitchen is on the north side of the house so I want it to be bright as bright as possible
06:32since this worktop
06:35company works closely with the supplier of Jasmine's kitchen they have a sample of her cabinet doors
06:41on hand there's my door there it is and we can see different options and you can start playing with
06:49it I mean it looks really nice I just I'm not that feeling the feel of it it doesn't make
07:02me want to
07:03it's deep it's a different lie down on it and just go oh yeah which some of the other ones
07:09do what are the price
07:11differences between natural stone or the other ones roughly would be come as thunder countertop would be
07:21between 2,000 euros and 3,000 and a half so it would be probably around
07:281,700 pounds to about 3,000 pounds something like so and is that for a kitchen that based on
07:38a kitchen
07:39of my size of my kitchen okay for example this one in silestone could be using a lower price so
07:46probably
07:47it's in the lower range of the price is a bit more now I mean there's so many to choose
07:58from yeah
08:05a lot of options do your customers come in and go it's normal people get crazy here no worries yeah
08:12all right I'm gonna pick out my favorites and just put them next to it and then we are gonna
08:18give you
08:18I'm gonna give you a small sample of each color that you like and you're gonna bring it home and
08:23and yeah start thinking about it okay because you have a different options I think I found it a lot
08:30more
08:31difficult to actually choose one than I thought there are so many elements to think about it's the work
08:37top next to the doors the door handles the floor the sink the taps the tiles you know all of
08:45those
08:45things have got to work together so it is important to make the right decision I think it was 2
08:51,000 euros
08:52so about 1,700 pounds and three and a half thousand euros so about 3,000 pounds then that's quite
09:01a big
09:01difference thank you very much thank you very much for coming I mean I started a little not to put
09:12any bye bye bye bye the next day it's back to the messy work on site day two of the
09:30demolition
09:30and they're getting everything ready Rebecca from the kitchen companies coming this afternoon so
09:37there's quite a lot to do hey hey oh wow yeah I'm finishing quickly this is going down quick it's
09:45coming down definitely I know that it comes right in the way isn't it it's a bit of an eyesore
09:51but I've
09:52spoken to an engineer and he says those types of blocks which are we we already thought are not
09:58load-bearing and because the column doesn't go all the way through the house it's it's not going
10:03to be a structural column so I do think we can yeah I think we can take it out oh
10:07my gosh that's
10:08brilliant which is just going to completely open this room how much nice it's already looking so
10:13much brighter in here as well so it's just going to transform this space it really actually let you
10:18come through that front door and it's all open and then that's right in the middle of your view
10:24we're very lucky that isn't structural I mean you can do the honors if you want I will do the
10:29honors
10:29actually if that's cool get kitted out my hair on I can do it that's really exciting I'm ready
10:39well I don't know if I am ready ready as I'll ever be where should I aim for I go
10:45for the middle or
10:46the towards the top towards the top it's quite strong isn't it it's time to start smashing down
10:58some walls I've got one bicep it's going to be like huge and the other one's just
11:18that's it good job that hasn't fallen down yet so keep going yeah yeah if you want to keep
11:27the top bit uh yeah I'll go for the top bit
11:36don't mess with me guys hardcore Harleman
11:48I just got rid of it with my own bare hands and it was quite satisfying it's completely changed
11:57the space in that room it just makes it a much better space I'm really happy
12:13it's another sunny day down on the Costa del Sol
12:19the kitchen wall and column have been successfully removed just in time for Rebecca from the kitchen
12:26company's visit okay should we do the easy bit first yeah okay the plumbing so we're gonna have
12:32hot too cold and also we're having a hot boiling hot tap okay working with builder Quinn Rebecca is
12:41marking out all of the electrical plumbing and appliance points to make sure Quinn is fully
12:46prepped for the kitchen installation and if you do two sockets that way yeah and Jasmine also has some
12:56decisions to make your lighting in your wall cabinets do you want them all switched from
13:01one switch or do you want them switched from underneath they'll have a remote oh that's fun I think I
13:10underestimated how much there is to do before the actual kitchen units go in we want to get the floor
13:18done all the electrics done ceilings and all everything on this side of the room as well so
13:26the living area because it's open plan so all the windows done basically everything needs to be
13:31finished I can visualize it exactly how I've seen it on the design I think it's going to look even
13:38better
13:39now that this column is gone I think it will just be a fantastic big open space I think this
13:47is going to
13:47be perfect with Rebecca in the kitchen left in Quinn's capable hands and John still away on a work trip
13:55Jasmine heads into town to run a few errands but it's not long before she's needed back on site
14:03I've just been at the local council office getting some paperwork done and I've had a call saying that
14:11something's happened here but I don't know what it is so I'm obviously thinking the worst like the
14:16house is falling down or something when I after I took the column out hello how's it going we've hit
14:24a
14:25pipe because these pipes are very close to the top if you want to probably continue with marble we might
14:32have to get these pipes moved lower into the ground it's obviously marble by itself is about three
14:36centimeters yeah which is not ideal but because it's just see how high it is there's that yeah I can
14:42see
14:42yeah so is it the plumber coming to I mess it yeah so when the plumber gets here I'll have
14:47a chat with
14:48them and see how easy it's gonna be to actually move those pipes lower it's not ideal but it's nothing
14:56this can't be done okay yeah speak to the plumber then see these things happen when you're doing a
15:01refurb especially because you don't you don't know what you're gonna run into all right okay I'm getting
15:07used to yeah hiccups along the way it's a part of it I suppose just it just means that everything's
15:14slightly more complex and takes a bit longer than expected yeah I guess you're used to it yes all
15:21right well keep me posted posted and I'll let you know what the plumber says thank you okay and a
15:29few
15:29hours later the plumbers have been and there's an easy solution I don't know why I didn't realize
15:35this at the time but where they are is going to be underneath the kitchen units so even if we
15:44put the
15:46same marble as we've got in the rest of the house throughout the main kitchen and it just stops before
15:50those water pipes and we can maybe cover those with something else just a thinner tile then we don't
15:56have to do all that digging out and re relocating all those water pipes no one's ever going to see
16:01it anyway it'll be underneath the kitchen I mean it might just slightly mess with my head a little bit
16:06knowing that it's different tiles under there but I'm at this point I'm happy to to let that go
16:24the next morning it's another sunny but busy day with loads going on the doors have arrived for the
16:32living room balcony I think they're probably quite heavy so I'm gonna leave it to them
16:47despite having already taken out two walls and a column opening the kitchen to the living room
16:53there is more to go Jasmine and John want to take out the walls of the terrace as well replacing
16:59it
16:59with a series of sliding doors look lovely don't they yeah they're nice windows these are that's the way
17:07to do it quicker I think he's done this before now it's great now that the glass doors off of
17:16the
17:17living room have arrived I'm really excited they're huge and I think when they're installed it's going to
17:25look amazing there are four doors in total costing nearly four and a half thousand pounds a pretty big
17:32investment each just over a meter wide and nearly two and a half meters tall because it was a festival
17:41last night a lot of the builders haven't come into work this morning so not everyone is here to help
17:49carry I think having all that lovely glass is going to be such an improvement on what the room looked
17:58like before we didn't want to take out the windows and doors that are there before the other ones were
18:03on site just in case but now they're here they can just get everything ready I mean I've had my
18:13feel of
18:14noise and dust but I'm gonna have to suck it up for a few more days I think I'm hiding
18:21down in the
18:22basement trying to get on with other stuff trying to get everything that the designer has put on the
18:31plans delivered in time so there's just so many things going on I'll leave them to it and try and
18:38ignore the noise and the dust but before the current flooring in the living room becomes covered in
18:44debris there's a decision to be made we decided to try and match the original marble floor take it and
18:53take it all the way through to the kitchen and so we got hold of a few samples to have
18:58a look at to
18:58decide which was the best so I think obviously that color that one's out that's out isn't it I know
19:05some
19:06I know some of the the marble tiles have got a bit of that warmer color but yeah that's definitely
19:12I think that's not right yeah that's the clear winner in it well once it's polished that will
19:19look like that because we've got to polish the old floor yes that's what I come up yeah that will
19:25come
19:25up a lot that's a lot there's 20 30 years of dirt and flattening on that you know it'll polish
19:31up to
19:31the same as this I think it will mold in really well I think it will be fine if you
19:35look at that
19:35one for instance there's hardly any difference between them two no exactly that's already in
19:42there so I mean they're all different everyone is different that one's white that one next year
19:48look at this beige yeah exactly it's great that one that's what happens with natural products that's
19:54why you don't pick them you know you don't sort through them you just lay them as they come the
19:59more
19:59it's there the more it looks it looks right than it the more it's later it'll be good yeah all
20:04right
20:04so we sorted on the floor I can order that then yeah okay thank you no problem this marble is
20:10from
20:10a village called Makayel in Almeria so it's a few hours drive away it's kind of local marble which is
20:17why so many of the properties here have that same floor but it's used all over Europe it's a really
20:27really beautiful marble product so I feel very lucky that we live so close to it and we can have
20:34it in our
20:34house with that decision made Dominic's team start work on removing the two sets of double doors that
20:42currently provide access to the terrace while Steven the expert window fitter in the team makes quick
20:52work of removing and then installing a new window in the kitchen that was delivered alongside the four
20:58doors and cost roughly 850 pounds with it quickly becoming one of the noisiest and dustiest days of the
21:08project so far jasmine manages to escape to her regular dance exercise class it seems she's really
21:14starting to get the hang of it i do love going to my exercise class down on the paseo right
21:23in front of
21:24the beach it's what has kept me sane over these last few months i can switch my phone off for
21:31an hour
21:33and just focus on the class it's a little bit of time out it's a respite from all the chaos
21:44here
21:45invariably when i then finish the class and take my phone out of my bag i've got 16 million messages
21:52about various things and i get home to utter pandemonium almost every time but at least i've had
21:59a little bit of time out from it
22:07while back at the house with the doors now removed dominic and steven are taking on the task of
22:13bringing down the wall
22:42it's wobbling now
22:43and once the rubble is removed jasmine's vision of a light filled open plan living space is really
23:09starting to take shape oh my god where is everyone oh my god that looks amazing
23:24oh my god that's so worth doing it looks amazing i'm not going to start crying but i feel like
23:32i might
23:34it looks amazing for me so far that is one of the best improvements in this house that we have
23:43done
23:43i love it you're right dominic big enough hole in the wall it looks amazing it's gonna be great
23:50isn't it yeah it's really good it's gonna look fantastic that's one great thing in spain that you
23:54can just take out yeah in the uk you have to have lint holes yeah all sorts of hassle it's
24:00because of the
24:00way they're built you know here totally yeah let's go out lovely oh thank you once it's finished yeah that'll
24:08be fab
24:23having avoided a dusty and noisy week of demolition in the kitchen and living room while abroad for work
24:28john's back for the weekend and treating the family to a few hours away from all the mess
24:37it's friday night we have come down to the beach near our house for a barbecue
24:43and just to hang out now that the weather's so beautiful this is what it's all about living by the
24:48beach kids how good an investment was this trolley yeah that's brilliant
24:55now we can get even more stuff to drive to the beach with us we've started doing it
24:59maybe once or twice a month coming after school and having a barbecue on the beach
25:06it's amazing i mean the kids love it and the reason we moved to spain was to give them more
25:10outdoor life
25:13so lift the lift the parasol up there we go and then put the lever down
25:18there we go that's great i mean genuinely there's a few times we've done this that
25:25i've had to sort of pinch myself and go this this is this is what it's all for this is
25:29this is it
25:34we've got some really nice spanish produce we're going to barbecue some vegetables and some veggie
25:38sausages can't get any better than this john loves to do a barbecue so we'll have our dinner down here
25:44and
25:55just chill happy this looks so good one mushroom oh there's a hot dog out of nowhere there you go
26:03thank you thanks
26:10yummy what me or the hot dog
26:33the water was absolutely divine absolutely amazing
26:39i love swimming in the sea it just makes you feel that you're part of something much bigger
26:51to be able to have the opportunity to just stroll down five minutes
26:57get in the water have a barbecue with the kids just spend time together it's this is the dream
27:05this is what we hoped life in spain would be like and once everything's finished in the house we don't
27:13have to worry about that anymore we'll be doing this all the time and i'll be able to switch off
27:19without thinking oh i must order those tiles or i must make a decision on that floor
27:24you know it'll it it'll be like this all the time that's what i'm hoping
27:46with the demolition for phase three now complete jasmine is eager to shift her focus to the next stage
27:54interior designer laura who previously visited the property has been developing ideas with her team
28:00alongside one of them olivia she's now ready to present their concepts
28:04hi laura
28:06hi hi john hi how's it all going out there it's going well we're standing in our living room now
28:13we've we're
28:13missing a wall there ah so that's all gone that's been taken out i'm sure it'll all come together
28:20soon but look we're really excited to chat to you today the design team's done some fantastic work
28:25once uh we'd explored the layout actions and reviewed the inspiration images here we have your final
28:32design oh it looks nice so there there's the table behind the sofa yeah that looks lovely so we're talking
28:44about the sofa being across the middle of the room here so that'll be the living room zone
28:51and then back there the dining table it's really nice to do a sort of gallery wall with
28:58art and collectibles and bits and pieces that you know um and actually now that central column is out
29:05in the window it's going to flood even more light yeah great to be honest until the last day or
29:10two
29:10well i mean until today you couldn't really visualize what this room space empty might look like but
29:17now it is now that wall and that window have gone and now we see the plans yeah yeah it's
29:23good oh that
29:24is beautiful i love that color it's so nice i think one of the tricks of painting um the background
29:36dark is
29:36the tv if you do decide to have one in the room actually blends into the background rather than
29:42it being a focal point which i think is a really clever and cost-effective trick yes looks beautiful
29:49can we just show you the final floor plan of it all coming together yes please oh god i can't
29:54wait for
29:55that day honestly oh that looks great so this is the final annotated floor plan it looks amazing yeah
30:04it will look even better in reality when it's finished oh i can't wait seems like we've got a
30:10mountain to climb yeah yeah it will all it will all come together really quickly at the end renovation
30:17work is incredibly stressful there's always surprises but it will come together you just got to have faith
30:23yeah yeah it looks yeah it looks great thank you so much you you have all been amazing i could
30:30not
30:30have done this without you and i have got a lot of shopping to do now to get everything to
30:37put it all
30:38together but i really really can't thank you enough yeah we're kind of drowning a little bit in stuff
30:46so uh being able to have you help us not drown and be our lifeguard is great thank you so
30:52much
30:53it looks amazing bye thanks so much thank you bye bye happy visualise it uh yeah it was good
31:04if it turns out looking half as good as what it looks on those visuals i'll be ecstatic
31:18it's monday morning and there's a day or two of making good and preparation to be done before the
31:24huge 11 meter square window frame can be installed with plenty of people on site to deal with that jasmine
31:31and john are upstairs finishing off another project that's been bubbling away in the background
31:37when we did joy's bedroom makeover we sort of held our hands up and we basically ran out of time
31:42to
31:42do her sun terrace and yet the footprint of her time the sun terrace is huge so we were keen
31:47to kind
31:48of get it turned around now in time for the summer finally all the bits that i'd ordered for out
31:56there have
31:57arrived and we made some time to assemble everything and put it all together so while she was at school
32:05so it's great to be able to finally get that ticked off the list
32:12while jasmine and john already had the outdoor furniture set bought a few weeks ago at a local
32:17supermarket for around 500 pounds amongst other things they've added a water feature costing 120
32:26as well as an egg chair and day bed around 300 pounds each
32:33it's hot but it's done now it's a bit flimsy i'll get a couple of extra screws to put into
32:43it
32:44but you know looks all right
32:51it's huge oh my god it's giant so the idea behind joy's balcony was to tie it all in with
33:03the
33:04rainforest theme in her bedroom so it's not completely rainforest but there's definitely a few
33:10touches like the rug um and it all connects quite nicely while it's not matchy matchy it just works
33:19together and some of the textures in her bedroom meet some of the textures that are out on her terrace
33:26as well so i hope she'll like it all right keep your eyes closed step up now keep coming don't
33:36look
33:36up keep your eyes closed that terrace when we first came here to have a look around the first thing
33:43that hit you was the smell look at this
33:50joy's gone it was like rotting drains it was disgusting there was a dilapidated hot tub that
34:00was full of green slime and mosquito lava and yeah it was hideous it made me gag
34:11is he actually throwing up i don't know i mean it's quite gross okay you can open your eyes
34:27look at it what do you think
34:30i knew she'd go straight to the egg chair
34:37is that what you've been wanting
34:42do you like it joy it's mainly as good as the bedroom oh no wait change my mind it's better
34:48than
34:48the bedroom this is great oh she looks so happy now you've got your ultimate weeding corner
34:59now that terrace is possibly one of the most inviting areas of our home you know thanks to all the
35:07help
35:07from laura and her team because they sourced all the bits and came up with the concept which works
35:14so nicely with joy's bedroom they will interconnect so i'm really happy with it
35:21how do you like the rug it's so pretty what about your day bed can i join you
35:30and if it's like super sunny you can pull your little curtains joy this is relaxing it's like
35:38you've got your own living room outdoors yeah it's so cool hmm this is nice might end up actually
35:45sleeping out here joy it's not about you you might you can set yourself something up on the roof terrace
35:51this is my balcony oh it's lovely
35:57if i had something like that when i was 11 years old i you know i would have thought all
36:02my christmases
36:03had come at once really pleased with how that's turned out and now i can tick another thing off my
36:08list
36:09which means on to the next big thing
36:23since breaking his leg in two places playing paddle
36:27john's had several checkups at the hospital including one today the doctor's just given me
36:35the all clear i don't have to come back the bone is 100 healed and i can play sports again
36:43it is i mean genuinely when he told me i nearly started crying it feels like it's been a really
36:52long five months what with everything else but hearing the news that i don't have to come back i
36:59don't need another x-ray and my leg is the bone is healed his wife the bone is good you
37:04can play sport
37:07again great news
37:14despite that momentous moment for john back on site jasmine has little time to pause and celebrate
37:20as there's plenty to get on with there's so much work going on at the moment everywhere
37:26loads of people here working today trying to get as much done in as
37:32shorter space of time as possible what's happening at the moment in the kitchen is all the preparation
37:40for floor ceiling plumbing electrics plastering we're going to have a little bit of a false wall
37:49on that side as you can see it's not quite ready yet but fingers crossed it will be very soon
38:00over at the other end of the room preparations are being made to install the large frame that will
38:05house the four glass doors to the terrace it's a tricky job the opening needs to be exactly the
38:13right size and straight and level all round over the course of the day plenty of progress is made with
38:20many hands on site but by the evening they've run out of time to install the doors
38:28the idea was to only take this wall out when the window or the doors to go in there had
38:39arrived
38:39which they have arrived i think there was a little bit of an oversight
38:44with installing it because we need that marble step uh before we can install it so the marble company
38:52are rushing it through for us but obviously um we still have to wait a little while but yeah i
39:01don't
39:02think i'm gonna be able to sleep with this like this the next morning by the time dominic makes it
39:17to
39:17site the marble step is sorted the frame installed and the door slotted in but there's a problem
39:24two big doors never hit they locked to each other didn't they and nothing else
39:28the two big doors open to each other yeah wait one minute
39:35is the frame the wrong way around yeah the frame's the wrong way around isn't it yeah got
39:40to be there the frame is in the wrong way around which is a pain in the butt well to
39:48make it work
39:48with this but it's got to go around the other way we need to take these doors out and then
39:54flip the frame
39:55around which is not hard and then uh it's the time we've lost that you know it's not a hard
40:01job
40:01it's just the time but we better get on with it yeah before we let's triple check this before we
40:09hold on hold on
40:13now this one turned around would lock it in here and that proves to be there but your handle would
40:20go on the outside but no got you yeah it's definitely wrong it's definitely flip it come on
40:29who's the strongest the four two and a half meter doors weighing nearly half a ton in total
40:36are shifted once again that's it on there beautiful slide it along this is use your brains here not your
40:48muscle yeah go on that's it beautiful perfect take that out steve and turn it around
41:01the team remove flip and reinstall the frame around you go go on mate a bit further oh go on
41:10mate yeah
41:12watch that chandelier that's all mate go to you
41:18i love doing things twice
41:25if construction was easy everybody would be doing it
41:30despite that slight miscalculation progress is being made while jasmine's left without doors for
41:37another evening the next step is to install them hopefully this will be our last night without
41:45having a wall or a door um yeah
41:52it's not ideal i'll just let one thing to be finished anything just one bit i could take off my
42:00list
42:01oh
42:14the next morning jasmine gets her wish as after a couple of hours of work
42:21okay oh new windows in
42:26they're in oh my gosh long time coming it looks great but the house is secure
42:34there you go they look really nice yeah it was a good shout the whole room it just opens up
42:40everything
42:41yeah so it's lovely a little bit of plaster a little bit of yeah little kitchen only a few little
42:47tiny
42:47things left to do that's it yeah they were fun because uh they're like 120 kilos a piece so
42:55what each each piece yeah it's the glass bit it's um protected glass in it so you can't go straight
43:02through it oh yeah that's a good support gear you know i mean so yeah that's why they're so heavy
43:07it's also the solar yeah glass isn't it no they look really nice i think it's it's that is probably
43:13one
43:13of the biggest transformations isn't it of the whole renovation is to open up that whole wall
43:19and their sound the sound rating on them is way higher than you used to have you know
43:24looks really lovely the previous ones were single glazed and obviously because they had all that
43:29leading as well yeah you just didn't get a nice aspect outside good i can take something off like
43:34this psychological that is you're all right very much it's psychological that's great all right well
43:39thank you so much that's cool i'll chat to you in a bit yeah yeah no problem i think it
43:45actually
43:46completely transforms that space because when you walk in through the front door you can already see
43:52straight out to the back you can see the greenery you feel like you know it's just inviting
43:59so i think it is definitely worth having done that and i think having that whole wall of glass
44:06is going to be lovely
44:14living in the basement it's been really hard getting it finally finished and looking amazing
44:20it's going to be superb it's really important that jaz and i try and grab little windows of time
44:27together when we can my dad would probably flip his lid if he saw this he's very much a perfectionist
44:37don't turn too early
44:43it's looking amazing isn't it good never in my wildest dreams did i ever think that something
44:50like this would be a reality
44:51anything
44:51it's
44:53it's
