00:07need to click anywhere inside the table or you can select the entire table at once click the small
00:14four-headed arrow icon that appears at the top left corner of the table so once the table is
00:22selected look at the top ribbon a new contextual tab will appear called table design click on
00:29that and then find the shading tool look for the shading button it looks like a tipping paint
00:36bucket now click on the small drop down arrow and next to the shading button and select the
00:42no color from the menu and here you can see that if you want to clear the shading without your
00:49hands of the keyboard you can use the shortcut for this you need to press the alt j t
01:00h and alt together if the table has a pre-built word style applied to it which includes the bond
