00:14taking ownership of about 85.2% of outstanding shares and rebranding the public entity as RUM Group.
00:21The $767 million deal adds about 22,000 NVIDIA, H100, and H200 GPUs across nine data centers
00:30and roughly 250 megawatts of current and planned power capacity expected by 2027.
00:37The company said more than 200 megawatts of energy capacity remains unmonetized.
00:42Rumble also split its business identity between the consumer platform
00:45and Quake AI for cloud and AI infrastructure.
