Two friends who "accidentally" launched a charity providing hygiene products to people living in poverty are "absolutely stunned" to be made MBEs together in the King's Birthday Honours. Journalist and broadcaster Sali Hughes and beauty public relations expert Jo Jones founded Beauty Banks after Ms Hughes went to the largest homeless shelter in Cardiff to make a current affairs report in 2017 and came across a small cardboard box.
