Brave care home staff raised hundreds of pounds to give residents the Christmas they deserve by taking a bracing dip in the sea. Eight workers from Charlotte Grange Care Home, in Flaxton Street, Hartlepool, made a splash in the surf at Seaton Carew and raised £800 in sponsorship while being cheered on by colleagues, friends and family.
